We visited Boch Toyota South to look at the new Toyota Camry. Tom & Savanh were wonderful in working with me to obtain the price I needed for a new car to replace my 7 year old Pacifica with 161,000 miles. However, Tom and Savanh got me into a 2011 new Prius which is the car I had hoped for as my next new car purchase. The financing was wonderful, taking advantage of the President's Weekend deals and my trade. I appreciate all that they did for me. I picked up my new Prius yesterday and am thrilled to be working with Boch Toyota South for the future maintenance. Having already purchased a used Hyandai from them in 2009, I anticipate this will be the first stop on all future vehicle purchases! More

We were immediately greeted in a very upbeat, professional manner. Oudom was polite, informative and ONLY presented info on vehicles we were interested in. We visited Boch Toyota in North Attleboro to receive a regular service on our 2009 Prius. Before making the appointment, we wanted to determine our options for trading for a newer Prius so we filled out a regular service on our 2009 Prius. Before making the appointment, we wanted to determine our options for trading for a newer Prius so we filled out an online request for information with details on our expectations. We received an email & phone call within 4 hours to set-up an appointment to get an appraisal and discuss our options. The next day while getting our scheduled service, we spoke with Rene La Paz (salesperson) and test-drove the car of our choice while he arranged for their appraisal on our car. Within 3 hours of walking in the door, we came to an agreement, completed all paperwork, and drove out of their lot with a new 2011 Prius. Rene was exceptional in his knowledge of the new features on the 2011, never pressured us to make a sale, and kept all necessary activities moving forward quickly to help meet our deadline. He provided our information to the sales manager as requested and after a short round of back & forth discussions, clarifying our financial goals, we were able to agree on an offer (getting an excellent trade-in price) and take advantage of the Dealer’s President Day’s Inventory Special (including 0% financing, 2 yr. free service package). This is the third Toyota that we have purchased from Boch Toyota and once again, our experience has exceeded our expectations. This is the first time I have purchased a Toyota from Boch. Mark Nelson made the buying of the 2012 Camry a wonderful and positive experience. Once I told him the features I was looking for in a Camry within minutes he pulled the perfect car to the door for me to view. At all times prior and during the sale he was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive to detail. He saw the sale through from beginning to end in waiting for me to complete the meeting with the finance officer instead of using that time to look for another customer. I found this component of customer care most impressive. In addition, in order to accommodate my schedule, Mark offered to come to Boch on Wednesday, his day off, to meet me for the scheduled pick up of my new car.
