Mr Correia was very informative, very straight forward and kept in contact until the truck was delivered. When I came to Boch Toyota South I was very hesitant because I had my heart set on another car. I had no intentions of buying a Toyota at all. My grandfather suggested I go there to test drive one becau because I had my heart set on another car. I had no intentions of buying a Toyota at all. My grandfather suggested I go there to test drive one because of the great experience he had there when he bought both his and my grandmother's cars. When I first walked in I was immediately impressed. The salespeople greeted us at the door and were extremely friendly from the beginning. My grandfather introduced us to the sales manager, Fayiz and we sat down to talk. The first few minutes my grandfather talked to him about vacations and such like old friends catching up. We then started talking about me and the kind of car I wanted to buy. I told him that I planned on buying a Hyundai. We talked about the car and he told me all about it. To my surprise they did not say anything bad about the car. We then began to talk about a Toyota. I was still slightly hesitant but took a test drive in it anyway. I knew I had my mind made up on the other car but I figured it could not hurt. We took a drive with the salesman, Adam. I was not extremely excited about doing this because I unfortunately hate driving. If a car was not a necessity, I would probably not own one. While we were driving Adam made me feel very comfortable talking to me about life and just getting to know me. For a while I think I actually started to enjoy driving. He then began to explain all of the features to me, and told me all about the car. The test drive itself was great too because it took me through all kinds of roads, bumpy, smooth, highway, etc. When I went to the other dealership we only went up and down one road. By the end of the test drive, I knew I had a new rival for my car of choice. I was extremely impressed that the Toyota for less money could do everything that the other car could do. I went home that night to think about it with one instruction from both Fayiz and Adam, "Really think about what you want, as long as you are happy with your decision that is all that matters." I was surprised, I really anticipated some push for the Toyota but there was none. The next day I had made up my mind. My decision was easy. I told my mom and grandfather that based on the customer service, even if I didn't like the Toyota (which I did), I probably would have picked it. The Hyundai dealership I went to it was all about the sale. Here it was different. Today I purchased my Toyota. I spent about two hours there and the amazing staff made it feel like ten minutes. The place was quite busy (most likely due to their incredible customer service) and they still got everything done extremely efficiently. Before I left Adam helped me make my first oil change appointment, pair my phone to my car and made sure that I did not leave without having all of my questions answered. I had the best experience that I could have asked for thanks to Fayiz and Adam. Buying a car, something that was so seemingly daunting to me, actually became fun. In April my mom will be buying a car and we will definitely be seeing both Adam and Fayiz again! More

Boch Toyota was nothing like this! I had most of my initial questions answered via e-mail, by the Internet specialist, Shawn Petit, who was very helpful. Since I was driving over an hour to test drive the car, I wanted to lay everything out on the table first and make sure there was not going to be any haggling or price tricks. There was not. I showed up at my appointment at 8:00pm, only an hour before they closed, and was welcomed by a busy sales room and friendly staff. I was introduced to Ian Swenson, who then took me on my test drive. He knew everything about the car I was interested in and answered ALL my questions happily. There was no pressure to purchase, and he made me feel very comfortable. For the first time I was actually enjoying a test drive with a knowledgable and professional salesman who treated me like a person and not just another sale. Within an hour and a half I had purchased the car under my budget, applied for and was approved for financing, and left the dealership with a smile. Ian then delivered the car to CT to register it for me at my DMV! I could not have been happier with my experience, and would recommend Boch to any of my family and friends. Thanks again Ian!! They had the Camry SE we wanted. We drove our new Camry home after negotiating the price and the trade in value of our 2009 Corolla. There were not countless trips back and forth to the manager's desk; the manager, Benjamin, actually came to us and made the deal happen. I was seriously considering changing brands after my previous experience at our local dealership. Toyota Motor Company can thank Francis and Benjamin for keeping us a loyal Toyota customer. My experience in purchasing my new truck from Boch Toyota South was absolutely phenomenal! I brought my son (age 14) with me to learn and to experience the process of buying a new car - and, for his first experience, it was tremendous; couldn't ask for anything better. Even though this dealership is a considerable distance from where I live (passing other dealerships along the way) I will certainly be making future purchases at Boch South, and I'm sure my son will eventually too. I had a nice experience overall with my purchase of a 2012 Prius. When I arrived I was offered coffee, water etc. The salesman assigned to me upon arrival was Richard Estrela. Richard was very helpful, and also open to my current knowledge. He asked up front if I knew about the vehicle I was looking at. I appreciate this, because usually a salesman will just start throwing all kinds of information at you and sometimes not even know what they are talking about. I always do my research prior to making a large purchase and know absolutely everything there is to know about the vehicle beforehand. I have been to other dealerships where I sit in a car for a test drive and I know far more about the vehicle than the salesperson. This just goes to show you how well some places train their employees: Richard reiterated the available features and options for me and tried to get down to my reason for the interest in this specific car. That is truly how a car buying experience should be. He worked with me on the price and tried to get as much as possible for my trade in. If I were buying another car I would definitely see Richard again. His personality and charisma was great and he made me feel comfortable in a situation where I was spending thousands of dollars. I have been in other situations where you feel like as soon as you look at the car, the salesman is digging into your pockets and trying to sell the car and get you out the door as quick as possible. I went to Boch South to purchase a new vehicle. I did my research and had the invoice price, as well as a fair market price for my trade in. The manager I dealt with was one of the rudest, condescending peo research and had the invoice price, as well as a fair market price for my trade in. The manager I dealt with was one of the rudest, condescending people I have dealt with. He went so far as to explain to me that most deals are not done over the internet, and I proceeded to explain to him that he did not even have the correct information on the vehicle I wanted (I sent an email stating I wanted a 2011 Prius, and he thought I wanted a 2012). He was very arrogant and went so far as to say I would never get the deal I wanted from another dealer. Lo and behold, I took the drive down to Boch Toyota Norwood (not N. Attleboro)... Not only did they give me 125% of Kelly Blue Book trade in, but they met the price I wanted to pay for the new vehicle AND added LEATHER interior to my new PRIUS!. This is my second positive experience with Boch,Norwood, the previous being Boch Honda. I guess that fact that they have no mortgages and pay for all their cars goes a long way. I will NO LONGER waste my time anywhere else but at Boch in Norwood. Sorry, Boch, South. The professionalism in Norwood far surpasses what Boch South can offer. For me, the drive was worth it. More
