I recently bought a 2012 RAV 4 from this dealership, it was my first time buying new car. After doing my homework, I called this dealership as well as many others to get a quote and I actually visited ma was my first time buying new car. After doing my homework, I called this dealership as well as many others to get a quote and I actually visited many dealerships before this one and most of them either didn't keep their promises regarding the price or tried to sell me the same car without a specific option without even telling me that it was not included! along with some other tricks (some people know what I am taking about). At Boch Toyota South, the car was exactly what I was looking for and for the price I wanted, they were able to beat the prices of the other dealerships. I worked with very nice salesman (Adam Schreffler) he was very Respectful , knowledgeable, and informative. He answered all my questions and he was very patient with me ( I am a pain in the *** sometimes) he truly care about his customers for example, I was having trouble accessing my voicemail and I later found out that he called to check on how I am doing with the new car, a couple of days later I received handwritten letter from him. First off, I RARELY write letters. We SHOPPED (and I mean SHOPPED) for a new Highlander. We "struck up" a tentative deal online with Boch Toyota south. I was READY to be "triple teamed" into; paying more, adding dealer aftersells, NOT having the car they promised, adding charges for "taking the Japanese air out of the tires and putting in MA air"....my mind was running rampant and I was getting angry before I even went thru the door. Upon entering we met Pedro. Calm, PROFESSIONAL, polite....I asked to see his Manager and he asked my name. I told him and he said, "You're here for a black Highlander". I said, "yes", and he told me he could help me. Being momentarily put at ease, I sat down with him KNOWING he was going to "have to get his Manager" or that the trade was going to be less than they promised....but I kept an open mind. He asked about options we wanted....explained that he'd have to locate the car (we KNEW this) but that he had found one. He showed me the option build list, the price and the trade offer. I was SHOCKED....they were ALL the same numbers we had discussed. There WERE NO "hidden" charges....there WAS NO "special charges"...there was NO "hard sell" or triple teaming.....just straight forward HONEST dealings. I was SHOCKED!!! So we did the deal. Car came in next day. Car was delivered AS PROMISED with NO problems from the Dealer. 100%+++ happy and can't say enough good about Pedro Alpalhao (or his Mgr.) who made sure we were happy w/ Pedro.
