11-12-2012 I went to Boch Toyota South and walked in and my greeter was Chris Collins. I told him what I wanted and found it immediately, Chris knew what I was looking for. I traded my vehicle and purchased a 2008 used Jeep Wrangler. I was unable to take it home yesterday because it had starter issue and also I wanted the remote starter installed. So, Chris helped to make it happened. Joe Pachomski made it more smooth by providing me with a rental vehicle for the day while my jeep was getting the starter and remote started installed. I wanted to say that this was a great experience, I love my jeep. Chris was very helpful in every way, there is a lot I don't know about the features of my jeep, and Chris went out of his way to explain in detail how the remote starter works, and offered his assistance in anyway. I came to Boch knowing I wanted to buy a car, so I can't give Wayne much credit for making the sale. He seems nice enough, but he seemed frazzled and unknowledgable. He, on multiple instances, gave me incorrect, misleading information. He told me they would call for my insurance binder and get the VIN check before I came to get the car, which was not true. I had already signed the papers and was about to leave before the finance manager mentioned I should have called my insurance company. And The day I came in to get my inspection sticker is the day I was told the VIN check hadn't happened, which meant coming back yet another day! When I came for the VIN check I was asked to sit and wait for 15 minutes while he "figured things out" then told "I hope we make it there in time, it is only open 15 more minutes." Why he didn't know what to do before I got there, to insure they were not rushing is beyond me! I hate to say it, but I wish I had any other sales person, because the rest of the staff was incredibly delightful and knowledgeable. Especially the finance manager, Ron, he was above and beyond helpful and actually explained everything to me. I would recommend Boch Toyota South, but with a different sales person! More

I m a first time car buyer and went to Boch Toyota South on September 29, 2012. I bought a beautiful 2012 Toyota Camry XLE and am thrilled with the car. I went on line to find the car I wanted and met firs on September 29, 2012. I bought a beautiful 2012 Toyota Camry XLE and am thrilled with the car. I went on line to find the car I wanted and met first met with Joshua Hebert from the internet sales department. Josh was very responsive to my inquiries-literally within minutes. I then met with Mark Nelson, my sales associate. Mark couldn't have been more helpful and most important, he wasn't pushy. He helped me with the test drive and spent a great deal of time familiarizing me with the car and all the new technology (which is a far cry from the "93" Camry I've been driving). When I went back to pick up my car a couple of days later, Mark again spent a great deal of time introducing me to my brand new car and all it's controls. He made sure my car was spotless too. He actually offered to come in on his day off for me to pick up the car. He then introduced me to Jimmy Casiano, one of the service advisors who also spent a lot of time with me explaining the service part of things. Everyone I met with from Mark to Robert Rockwell in the finance department were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Boch Toyota South dealership in North Attleboro. More
