maintenance done improperly; recommended unnecessary work After having a "15K mile synthetic vehicle E service" completed in August 2017, I performed the next oil service myself. The drain plug had been serio After having a "15K mile synthetic vehicle E service" completed in August 2017, I performed the next oil service myself. The drain plug had been seriously over-tightened and no crush washer had been used. I had to use a 12 in 1/2 inch drive breaker bar to untighten. The oil filter housing had also been seriously over-tightened and no filter gasket had been used. I had to use a 18 in 1/2 inch drive breaker bar to untighten. I was unable to exert enough torque to untighten with a 12 inch breaker bar. I was also told my alignment would need attention soon since I was getting "feathering and outer wear". This was not true. I have a 3 year alignment program with National Tire and Battery and get alignments performed every 6 months. There is no uneven wear on these tires More

TERRIBLE! Don't spend your money here Found a car listed at this dealership online. The car was listed at $9500 and went in to take a look on Thursday. I wanted the car an wanted to leave a deposit but Fouad said they do not take deposits. He said he need payment in full and that I would need to finance and could not pay cash. I let him know I was waiting on a payout from my insurance company. He assured me he would hold it for me for 24 hours. Between Thursday pm and Friday they increased the price to $11777. Called Sat am and said it was still available. I went down to the dealership to finalize the transaction. They then told me it had sold 10 minutes prior. I had a friend call and ask if the car was still available. Funny enough it was available. I called him out and told him it was still being offered for sale. Then he said wait let me speak to my manager mabey we can work something out. Whats to work out you told me you sold it. Very poor service, Untrustworthy and disrespectful. More
