Horrible Service I have a 2015 Toyota Rav4 which I am currently leasing. Lease is up in December. Since the beginning of the lease I have had nothing but problems with I have a 2015 Toyota Rav4 which I am currently leasing. Lease is up in December. Since the beginning of the lease I have had nothing but problems with the car. Had to get a new head gasket, my AC wasn't working, it was just horrible. Took them over a week to finally figure out what was wrong with the car. Its a 2015, it shouldn't be having an issue like this. Now I was in a car accident, they wouldn't help me with a rental.. Not willing to cover it even with my rental insurance. Told them I was going to take it somewhere else and they still did not try to accommodate me with a rental car. Talked to a sales rep last night to not have ANYONE touch my car. They stated they would leave a note in the car and not have anyone touch it. I also contacted the collision center as well. This morning an auto repair shop that was WILLING to accommodate me with a rental car with no money out of pocket went to pick up the car this morning and it wasn't there. I called Toyota, they couldn't find the keys or had no idea where the car was.. Got a call from the manager stating that the collision center came to pick it up and that I did not call them to cancel the tow. They DO NOT clearly know what they are doing at Toyota. They were not helpful, they are quick to point fingers at the customer for their own mistake, and they are not willing to accommodate for their customers leasing THEIR cars. I will never get another lease here. Once my lease is up I am going else where. If you want people to stay with Toyota, maybe changing your leasing terms and doing your job will help because you will lose good customers like this. More

Since I had quite a few questions and some concerns it took some time but Jose was patient and understanding and worked hard to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and I felt that he listened to my concerns and was sincere. More
test drive I was there for only a test drive. James was assigned to us. He was friendly on the greeting and that was it. When we went to his desk and he started I was there for only a test drive. James was assigned to us. He was friendly on the greeting and that was it. When we went to his desk and he started asking questions, he seemed like he was getting irritated by me not giving him any answers. I told him over and over I was just there for a test drive and I was doing more throughout the day at other dealers. from there he made us sit, then we followed him outside, then he told us to go back inside to wait. Not sure what James was doing but we stood there waiting for about 10 minutes. When he came back, he had a bottle of water and never offered one to us on a 90 degree hot day. When I got in the vehicle(the Highlander), he never took down the paper on the passenger side that has all of the cars information. When I was driving I had to find spots on the almost fully covered window to take a right hand turn. He also sat in the front seat where all of my other test drives(I had done about 8 up until this one), where usually they sit in the back when I have brought someone with me. After the test drive was done, we went inside to get his business card and when shaking hands goodbye which I initiated, he didn't even make eye contact. More
End of lease, got a great deal on a new one I’m extremely pleased with the lengths Boch Toyota went to retain me as a customer. Jose was wonderful to work with.
