Amazing Customer Service I can’t rave about my experience with Boch Toyota South enough. The team of people that helped me were exceptional. Fayiz Zureikat, Ahmed Abdalla, and I can’t rave about my experience with Boch Toyota South enough. The team of people that helped me were exceptional. Fayiz Zureikat, Ahmed Abdalla, and Robert Rockwell made it happen, following up with me every step of the way. I was stuck in a lease owing way more than it’s worth because of the miles on it. I felt hopeless, but they made it happen and I purchased the car I’d wanted for years! Next was the registering of the vehicle. Living in Northern NH did not scare them away. Ahmed went above and beyond great customer service and drove the car over 3 hours north through a snow storm to deliver the vehicle to me, took the time to show me all the functions of the car and left me with a full tank of gas! A few weeks after, I made the mistake of driving it through a car wash that left marks on my brand new car. I reached out to Ahmed to see if there were discounts for detailing and he had it taken care of at no cost. Never have I ever dealt with such a helpful, incredible team of people at a dealership. Their customer service has been 110% every step of the way. More

Horrible Finance Dept. but the Service Dept is good BOCH Finance Dept will screw you over when buying your car but the Service Dept is good. Although I've spent thousands of dollars on "power door locks BOCH Finance Dept will screw you over when buying your car but the Service Dept is good. Although I've spent thousands of dollars on "power door locks" on my 2014 Rav4 with only 36000 miles, (which Toyota should have recalled) over all the Service Dept is pretty good. I have other Toyota Dealerships closer to me but will travel out of my way because BOCH gets you in and out as quickly as possible and do their best to explain what is or needs to be done. The only thing I wish they would do is wash & vacuum your car after the Service. At other Dealerships that do this, it's nice when you've paid "good $" having your car serviced to be able to get into a nice clean car. More

Great experience!! I was taken care of right away upon arriving. I was offered a ride home or to wait. I chose to wait since it was not long at all.
