Inspection and oil change too way too long I would still go to this dealer again because I’ve had better visits than I did Monday. On Monday I had some things that needed fixing to pass inspect I would still go to this dealer again because I’ve had better visits than I did Monday. On Monday I had some things that needed fixing to pass inspection so I understood waiting another hour or two but I felt 4 hours was excessive. I came in at 9:20 and isn’t get out of there till 1pm. Also my scervice provider was not as good at communication as how the delays were working as other advisors in the past. Please work toward making it a better experience so the next time I come in for service it is a smoother process. Thank you. More
