(2019 Toyota RAV4 gas with dual a/c heat, heated seats, heated steering wheel, and XM radio. Preferred black/black). Got response from 3 dealers. Boch South called me and gave me the number they would sell the SUV for. It was a good price. Drove a RAV4 at another dealer. Price they quoted me was couple of thousand dollars above what Boch gave me. Called Boch South and they confirmed the price of the RAV4 configured the way I wanted. Boch was giving me a good deal but they are located over an hour away from me. Went to another dealer and told them what Boch would sell the vehicle for. The would not match the price and told me that if I went to Boch they would say that that vehicle was already sold or find some other reason to not give me that price. I called Boch South and told them I wanted to buy that vehicle but I live over an hour away and I wanted to make sure that they had that vehicle at that price. I was assured that they had plenty of vehicles like I wanted and that this was not a onetime deal it was for everybody during President's Day weekend. I made an appointment for 3pm. We got there a little early but soon met a salesman. He said he had my information and would bring the RAV4 around. My wife and I got in the vehicle while the salesman went to get plates. While waiting for the salesman, I turned on the radio to find out there wasn't any XM. Went inside and found the salesman and told him he got the wrong RAV4. He said that was the vehicle being sold for the price I was quoted. Salesman got a supervisor who told me that vehicle is what my quote was for. Told supervisor I had talked to Boch South numerous time to confirm what I was getting for that price. After a while, the supervisor returned with copies of telephone logs between me and Boch South and said there was confusion about what happened but they would sell me my vehicle for the price they quoted me. Then they left my wife and I sitting there for over an hour until the salesman came for my keys to my old car. Then we sat there some more until about 8pm when I was told to go to the business office to complete the paperwork. When I left the office the supervisor was standing there and made a remark about I had been there 7 hours and was a record. Then the salesman brought my wife an I outside to my new vehicle and showed us that it had XM radio. By this time the dealership was closed and most of the lights were out. But I wanted to know how things worked and had to move my stuff from my old car to my new RAV4. The salesman was not happy as he wanted to get home to his 8month old baby. Finally we let him go and we drove around the parking lot figuring out what did what. More

Made it feel like a relaxed, funtime all around car buying experience. The kids left happy and we left happy. Joseph was great to work with. You could tell from the start he had deep knowledge and years of experience in the business even though we were his first sale at Boch. Truly amazing guy! Overall it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend to others. More

Great person, very professional and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about him. All you advisors do a great job. The entire overall service provided by the Boch people is a delight, no question. Ryan told me about the great Toyota Care Plus program that Boch/Toyota has for my vehicle (4yr. or 45000) which I have to say is very comparative to the Aftermarket independent shops, and a good savings to your regular price. You regular part for the total 30,000 thru 45,000 is $538.93 and the Care Plus is $329. That being said you regular prices are not competitive at all to say the least. I have been in the Automotive Aftermarket/OES business for 36 years, as head of the Pricing Dept. and OES Sales Manager. Your regular service prices are 60% higher than the Aftermarket. Say want you want your service people are very knowledgeable regarding the Toyota, but lets be fair so are the Aftermarket service people. So I will take you up on the Toyota Care Plus program but will go to the Aftermarket after 45,000. I understand you need to make a profit to run the company. My suggestion is study the Aftermarket prices and see if you can retain the customer after the 45,000 miles. Everybody has a favorite good Aftermarket mechanic in their back yard. I have three (3) of them. Let me tell you they are also great at customer service. Just keep that in mind. You have a challenge my friend. Tom Fermi More
