Brakes I have purchased my car from Boch South and have been bringing cars to Boch system since 1994. My current Avalon has only been serviced through Boch. I had a family member that was prepared to install brakes but was not able to locate wheel lock . I never took it out of the car and feel Boch should have provided a replacement, especially as it is cheap in scheme of things. It was not productive to repeatedly hear that you use your master set......What I know is I have not removed the one that should have been in the car. I am disappointed that the situation was handled as it was especially since I was having to pay to get the brakes done. This is no reflection toward the service agent. The rating is a reflection of how Boch could have handled this better. I have always provided 5 stars in past reviews. More

He didn’t make me feel pressured or intimidated into making a decision, which was the part I was dreading most about purchasing a car. This made me feel comfortable and confident in making the right car choice and dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, Kenny and Robert in finance, stayed later and were thorough with the process and continued to be patient (considering the time, I appreciated this a lot!). Robert made the finance part easier than I expected. He made recommendations that provided me with options without feeling pushed into getting unnecessary additions (at least that’s how I have felt with my last 2 car purchases in different dealerships). Once I picked up the car, the excellent experience continued. The car was ready for me with a nice sign on windshield to show the car was ready and prepared for me! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and how much easier and comfortable Sales Employee, Kenny, made it. I would recommend him and this dealership without a second thought! More

The dealership was busy this Friday afternoon but we were welcomed (although we did not have an appointment) and waited a few minutes for our sales person, William. He gave us options, test rides and did not rush us at all! I was especially impressed with the safety features Toyota offers and also the comfort of the seats (great lumbar support and superior ride. We met the Sales Manager who was so helpful and needless to say, we left signing for a 2019 Camry. We are so thrilled with the ride and features! I would definitely recommend Boch Toyota South what a great dealership! More
