Unexpected Problem Solved Quickly Leaving work around 7 pm I found I had an unexpected flat tire waiting for me in the parking lot. A sympathetic coworker changed my flat tire to the dummy tire while I called Boch Toyota looking for an appointment for the very next day to replace all 4 of my tires. They were able to accommodate me at the exact time I requested which was after an important work appointment that I could not miss. They also had in stock and were able to provide the exact Michelin tire that I requested for my Rav 4. The service advisor Ryan was courteous and helpful answering all my questions. I was able to get the tires mounted and my car aligned and my car was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I return to Boch for service because I find the service dept 's recommendations are reasonable and they are honest in their dealings with customers answering questions and try to accommodate customers needs. More

Difficult to do business with Jerry was a great salesman but the rest of our experience was poor. We were there to test drive a truck that they couldn't find the keys to, we waited Jerry was a great salesman but the rest of our experience was poor. We were there to test drive a truck that they couldn't find the keys to, we waited for almost 2 hours. Jerry was kind and showed us a similar vehicle that we ended up purchasing. I don't know if the missing keys was a sales tactic, if it was it was a poor way to do business. When it came to financing, the dealer pushed to go through their financing but we had much better offers on our own. So due to that, we ended up having to pay $880 to accommodate their kick back from their financing company. We shouldn't have been penalized for financing outside your company. Doing business with this dealership was slow. We had to drive back and forth over an hour away three different times to sign various paperwork, test drive and so on. It should have been a more seamless process. Working with Lucy was very cold, impersonal and it seemed like we were more of a bother than a valued customer. In addition, we waited more than the 10-day maximum to receive our new vehicle registration, and later found out there is a registry in the dealership. We have no idea why it took us so long to receive our new vehicle registration. Not only that, we are still awaiting acknowledgement of our receipt for vehicle inspection reimbursement. For all these reasons, we will never seek out Boch Toyota South in Attleboro for a vehicle again and I will continue to share our story with others as they search for vehicles and NOT recommend this dealership. We will be sharing this story and our experience with this dealership on Yelp and other internet feedback sites. More

I called to find out about transferring my lease to a buyout. The lease person told me I had to speak with TFS. I called TFS and was told I needed to speak with Boch finance people, which was the correct answer. A lot of wasted time. More
