Misrepresentation I purchased a 2015 Camry. Nice car. I paid around $12,000 for it. At the time when sitting down with sales associate Ahmed discussing loan rate etc I I purchased a 2015 Camry. Nice car. I paid around $12,000 for it. At the time when sitting down with sales associate Ahmed discussing loan rate etc I was asked by Ahmed as well as a friend of mine to put in a good review. He set us up with the website and link to do this. I was also told by Ahmed that I would be entitled to 3 free oil changes. Three months after purchasing the car I went back to the service department for my first oil change. The service department told me since the vehicle had synthetic oil that I would need to come back when the vehicle reached 5000 miles. When returning during on 5000 miles the service department told me that it was not covered. We spoke to Ahmed who completely denied this was said. His excuse was that the program for the 3 free oil changes ended a year before I purchased the vehicle. The purchase date was in August 2018. QUESTION, How would I even know about this program if it was not mentioned. This is my second review on this matter. The first review I received a response saying I need to mention this to the general manager. I called him with the phone number that was given to me. I left a voice message. I have been waiting for a week now. End result. I paid $80 for the oil change, and no call back. Beware of what is promised. More
