Worst sales experience I have ever encountered trying to buying a new vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! !! He is the rudest, most self centered salesman I’ve ever to deal with at a car dealership. I came in and was just looking. I had specific questio !! He is the rudest, most self centered salesman I’ve ever to deal with at a car dealership. I came in and was just looking. I had specific questions that he did not want to answer, probably because I am a female. Didn’t seem to like females too much by his attitude toward me because I’m not white and was too busy with his phone. I told him my budget was less than $20 thousands. Kept trying to show me cars I couldn’t afford and that irked me. Not sure of how long he’s been in sales because I wouldn’t by nothing from him or the dealership he works at. I walked off the lot without buying anything and went to another dealership called Ourisman instead in Newark. I feel likes they understood that I couldn’t spent no $30 thousands on no car and they answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like a dumb female. His managers probably should know about my experience cuz he had an arrogant attitude and acted like I was bothering him. Such a shame! More

It’s a very stressful time to buy a car and I’m so glad I went to Nucar. We had many other Mazda dealers closer to us, but we chose here instead due to pricing and how great Eddie was to speak with. Eddie ma went to Nucar. We had many other Mazda dealers closer to us, but we chose here instead due to pricing and how great Eddie was to speak with. Eddie made the whole experience much less overwhelming and was very available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Tom in finance was also great and pleasure to deal with. I will continue to come here for cars. More
Hi Mazda RX eight refused to start when it was cold in the morning. John Strom and Melissa kept working working working. Finally figured out what was wrong repaired it. BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING. Avoid working with Christian. I’ve been looking online for a new car for a while. And while I knew pricing was out of whack with the chip shortages, I thought I would go into NuCa I’ve been looking online for a new car for a while. And while I knew pricing was out of whack with the chip shortages, I thought I would go into NuCar and see how they were pricing their cars since I had bought from them before. I was interested in the CX-5, so I was also able to test drive the only one they had on their lot. In my first meeting, Christian introduced me to the sales manager and without even prompting, he volunteered that they were selling at MSRP. He acknowledged that lots of dealers were marking up by a couple thousand on top of MSRP, but they weren’t doing that. I had a very specific trim I wanted and was only undecided on turbo vs non-turbo. Christian texted me when a non-turbo model came in and I was able to test drive. I decided to take the plunge and order the car. He told me that they would tell me when they were allocated the model I wanted and I could put a deposit on it. A week later, Christian called to tell me they had been allocated the model and trim I wanted. He sent over the offer shortly after, which contained exactly the thing they told me they weren’t going to do - a markup by a few thousand dollars above MSRP. When pressed for it, he told me it was because I wanted a popular trim level - despite the fact that I’d been talking about that exact trim level since we first met. Get your customer excited, tell them how much it costs, tell them there’s a wait, and when they finally are available, mark it up just because you know they’re excited about it and will jump though hoops to get it. Classic bait and switch. Thing is - if they’d told me there was a markup up front, I may have budgeted for it. I may have decided to wait until the market cools and gone back to them. Now I know they’re dishonest and deceptive, so I’ll shop with another dealer. More
