It was at that department that the experience went sideways . Was contacted back by wrong personnel , who assured me the “ assigned “ person should ( but hadn’t) already got back to me . Somehow , I eventually somehow got together with Mike Carfagno , New Sales Manager who has been very helpful , very informative , attentive to all my concerns and questions , all while being exemplary with professionalism and courtesy . It is because of Mr. Carfagno that I have faith in my decision to come to NuCar Mazda first , and , I have renewed hope and trust that my experience will be resolved in a mutually beneficial manner .
