I was here on Tuesday to have an inspection done. Since it failed ihad to come ba CV k on Saturday. Was told I would be in and out quickly so made my appointment for 7:30. I was there at this dealer for an oil change a week before this "repair" and suspect they tampered with the sway bar to make noise and get a repair out of me.. They screwed me on a repair they claimed they did for my rear sway bar. "they installed a bolt, and inspected my lug nuts" and charged me more than $152 on a car that's 14 months old they tried to screw me for an additional $800, for "stripped wheel studs"..later had car inspected at my local mechanic and a tire shop to confirm they scammed me. Bought 3 brand new cars from this dealership and another from Florida (where i live 1/2 the year), i always serviced all my cars there, even though they're 70 miles each way from me.. Couldn't reach the general manager, was given the runaround.. had to deal with consumer affairs from hyundai hq in cali to get a refund.. Will not be returning More
Buying a car can be very stressful. Ryan and John were great. I have had my car serviced there for 3 years. When I needed a replacement they were my main choice. I leased my vehicle on may 8th they told me it would take 7 to 10 business days to get the registration due to out of state plate and covid19. I understood that. However, the registration became active on Ma 7 to 10 business days to get the registration due to out of state plate and covid19. I understood that. However, the registration became active on May 19th. They then told me it would be mailed to my residence, false the registration was never being mailed to me. I called them multiple times after the 19th stating that I still hadnt received anything and they proceeded to tell me to wait for it in the mail it never came. Now I am over $600 into a rental due to the extended wait. I called on June 2nd yes now we are in June. I was ready to cancel the lease or have them pay for the rental and they tell me they will call the RMV and proceeded to lie saying they had a new registration made. They did not...there was no new registration done. I had looked up on the RMV site and had the plate number. my first month's payment on the lease was included in the down payment so I paid a full month for May and picked up the car June 2nd. I will NEVER go back to them very disappointed if I could give less then one star I would because they didn't offer a refund for the first month lease payment or the extended rental I paid for out of pocket. Total incompence. More
