My salesperson Christian spent hours with me assisting me selecting a vehicle and John in Financing spent days putting together a really good deal for me. I've always been extremely happy when taking my vehicle in for a service or an oil change. I'm still happy, but things are not like they used to be. An oil change has gone from $39.99 to over $46 dollars n in for a service or an oil change. I'm still happy, but things are not like they used to be. An oil change has gone from $39.99 to over $46 dollars now which is ok and it is understandable that working in a pandemic is difficult. I was not communicated anything...like everything is ok...just paperwork dropped at desk. I miss the vehicle being vacuumed and I miss the personal touch with communication. I may try a dealership closer to home as I traveled from Northern RI to this dealership. No one communicated if my vehicle was sanitized. No one had on masks. More

Billy talked to us for a few minutes and found out what we wanted to test drive and he went to get a plate. He started it up and put AC on and drove it to the front of the building. He walked around car with us to point out a few newer things and he allowed us first to sit in a different kind of vehicle because we thought we might want to test that also. It was not the car for us but we did test drive the Sonata Blue hybrid around the local roads and on the highway for one exit. We had fun with new smart features and when we returned we went over more things at a table. We put money down to hold that type of car, but a different color and made plans to visit the next day with title and other information they'd need to make the final transaction. We had received a text the next morning that the car was ready to go for when we arrived in the afternoon. We spent some time with the finance man and then Billy walked us to the car and we had a few questions while he also showed us how to use the bluelink and fob and tire compartment and other information we needed. He had already put our plates on the car. He made the process so easy and simple for us. This is the second time we have bought a new car from Tarbox Hyundai and there was no pressure at all throughout the process. I would recommend Billy to anyone in the market for a car. He will listen to what your needs are. He knew everything we had a question about. He had even paid for the oil change the day before which we had not expected at all. More
