Though I was initially pleased with MY purchase of a Kona a few years ago from Lynn (he was great), follow up has been awful. We have both contacted them on numerous occasions, and 2 weeks ago, I was supposedly escalated to a sales manager. Not heard a word. The only contact? Some other random sales people trying to sell me a car!!! And my daughter's car, well something happened and she's not gotten her registration yet. They claim it's all set, but she has no paperwork and it's expired. I'm more than disappointed with the lack of communication in the past 3 months. More
