After reading the postcard and responding to the website we were told that we could get 120% of the fair trade value for the car on a new Tucson. Still not in the market we went to 'just have a look' at the car. We met Marc, our salesman, and felt comfortable talking to him. We told him what our price point was and he worked hard getting us to that point, even bringing the manager into the discussion to find any discounts or rebates we might have missed. In the end Marc was able to get us to a number we felt comfortable; with, and Chris Foley made the paperwork fly by. So after getting home with the realization that we had purchased a new car we receive a phone call from the dealer ship (oh no!) that there was an adjustment that lowered the price by another $100+ ! With the warranty and service offered by Tarbox, we are extremely confident that we made the right move. More

Happy customer I found a dealership in MA that offered a great price but wouldnt do the registration since I lived in RI. So I emailed around in RI to see if anyone I found a dealership in MA that offered a great price but wouldnt do the registration since I lived in RI. So I emailed around in RI to see if anyone else could match the MA price and Tarbox was the only one that seemed legit right off the bat. Other dealerships said they could match the price but were rushing me through the details to get me to come in. Chris from Tarbox was upfront from the start and said their price would need to be about $200 more than the MA dealership, but they could register in RI no prob. I thought I might get a bait and switch routine when I walked in, but nope, Rolin (salesman) stuck to Chris' (manager) quote! And Rolin explained the car's feature and construction in such thorough detail that we felt totally confident about making the purchase, especially at such a good price. They were upfront and honest about what they could do and they stuck to their word! And on top of that, they were knowledgable and nice. What more can you ask for in a car dealership when buying? I look forward to buying another car from this place! Keeping my fingers crossed that their service dept is as good as their sales! More
