I returned to the dealership a few days after purchase because of a slight rattling (turned out to be a small loose bolt) and Jared greeted me at the door, and made sure that my needs were more than met in the service department, but all along assured me that the problem would absolutely be taken care of. He is kind, straight forward, and customer orientated; exactly what should be sought after in a sales person. We worked with Mike in the finance department and he was very personable and made sure to explain all of our options with our new purchase. He was also very down to earth in his explanations, which made the interaction much more friendly, opposed to a traditional business agreement. Overall the interaction at Tarbox absolutely exceeded my expectations, and was far better than experiences at other competing dealerships. More
