NO PRESSURE! NO AGRESSION! Went in to check on my lease which was due to end in 3 months. I was worried because I was over the mileage allotted. Worked with Mike Natalie. Suggested I end that lease now so I don’t run up the miles anymore. I planned to lease again and knew which car I would get. They brought it right up to the door. Heated it because it was 10 degrees that day. Sent me off on a test drive. When it was time to negotiate I told him how much I wanted to pay for the car (did some research). He brought all information and my “wants” to Miguel Ruiz the manager. Miguel came over and brought me the numbers. We discussed, I made a few more requests, he went back to his desk then returned with numbers I liked. That’s it! No dog and pony show. Just professional, down to earth, no nonsense and business-like. Went to finance department. Dealt with the “pilot” (can’t remember his name.). Same thing...no pressure, no nonsense. Sooo easy. I would never go anywhere else! More

Not aggressive, patient, great experience! As I was leaving, I was confronted by an obnoxious, aggressive manager who was trying to strong-arm me to buy a car that day. At Tarbox, Joel was courteous, respectful and answered all my questions (even the stupid ones). It was the first car-buying experience I have had where I felt comfortable and not harassed. Great! I worked with Christian to purchase my new 2018 Sonata Hyundai early in December. He was extremely helpful, patient with me and courteous, as was all I worked with Christian to purchase my new 2018 Sonata Hyundai early in December. He was extremely helpful, patient with me and courteous, as was all the staff on a very busy Saturday. About 1 1/2 weeks later I went back to see Christian to get a refresher course on how to use all the new features and to have my plates put on the car. Again Christian was readily available and very helpful. This was the third Sonata I have purchased through Tarbox and found this time it was actually an enjoyable experience. In the years I have been dealing with this company they have worked hard to make buying a car and servicing that car a pleasure for the purchaser. Thank you, Christian and Tarbox! More
