Oil Change Service was provided and no problems with oil drops in my driveway. After receiving really good rates from other dealerships I decided to go to Hyundai to see where I stood with them, the customer service I received from Lynn was the initial reason I continued to explore my options there. After negotiating I was able to reach a good deal and again it's the customer service that eventually sealed the deal. I love my Hyundai but with so much competition and based on a prior visit I wasn't actually stuck there however because of Lynn's efforts and commitment to be sure I understood what I was agreeing to and was actually happy with the terms I am once again in a Hyundai! I’ve had several bad experiences at dealerships, where the salesmen were too pushy, making me extremely uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in Hyundai, I felt at ease. The entire process was smoother then I could have thought possible and easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect to drive away in a car I truly loved that same day, but they made it possible. My salesman Joe, put me completely at ease, and listened to every thing I wanted in a new car. He brought me a car that fit my specifications, I tested it and bought it immediately afterwards. I have never had a car buying experience like that. I always thought that buying a new car was just an uncomfortable experience that you have to do every time you want a new car. I have been telling everyone I know about this place because I know plenty of people that have dealership horror stories of their own. I won’t need a new car for a while but when I do I will definitely be returning here. More
