I was waiting for my car to be check out for tire light being on. I just was interested in seeing about a trade in. He made sure we were completely comfortable with how the car worked before we drove it off the lot. He also made sure we knew that we could call upon him at any time with any further questions or concerns. Brian Griffin made sure our paperwork transition went smoothly, explaining everything we were signing as we went along. I had been looking for several weeks to lease a Sonata which no dealer in my area seemed to have. I was looking for a pretty basic model but all I found were cars with many options that I didn't need. I h which no dealer in my area seemed to have. I heard ads on the radio for leases for $129 a month for a Sonata but after going to the dealer there were none at that price to be found. Getting frustrated I went on line to Tarbox Hyundai and explained what I was interested in. I received an email back within and hour and then made a phone call to them. They had just gotten two of the car I was interested in that day (unfortunately not the right color) but after going to the dealership and talking to Jeff Gabriel he assured me that there would be more coming in shortly to their dealership. After leaving a small deposit, I received a call from Jeff 2 days later saying my car was in!! I was in shock. I wish I had gone to Tarbox weeks before. More

Then was assigned Brian as on site sales person. Made arrangements to have Brian pick me up at Providence airport and then was taken to dealer. Purchase process was perfect. I was impressed with Tarbox selection of Sonatas and how comfortable this online buying process went. No pressure at any time. Tarbox takes the internet buyer seriously (many dealers DO NOT) and they are very professional. My local dealers had very low inventories and did not offer any real deal. Tarbox did and I bought it. I live 350 miles away and glad to have been made this deal. No regrets! More
In the 2 1/2 years of my constant struggle with a 2007 Hyundai Sonata, they tried to get the issues fixed. I don't think they had much control over the cost of Hyundai parts, and they did not pressure Hyundai Sonata, they tried to get the issues fixed. I don't think they had much control over the cost of Hyundai parts, and they did not pressure me to do costly repairs that were not necessary. They also took the time to fix issues that were difficult to diagnose (all sorts of squeaks and rattles). I can't say much for the car itself, which turned out to be 100,000 miles of misery despite all the required maintenance, and then some. For those who think a Sonata is essentially an Accord or Camry for $4000 less (as I did), this was a wakeup call. The positive comments I've heard from others were those who drove there cars minimally, and not road warriors. More
I took my car in because my window was moving up/down very slowly and was not tracking correctly. $280 and a new window servo later, my window still does not track correctly. Now I have to take it back in for another 2-3 hour appointment and who knows how much more money. Evidently, they don't know how to test out the work they do or compare against the stated reasons the car was brought in before bringing it back to the customer. Really, $280 later and it still isn't right? In my head, a motor moves a window up/down on a track. Check the motor and the track. Doesn't seem too hard to figure out, particularly when the customer tells you it is slow and deosn't track correctly. More
