The sales was great. On Tuesday, we decided we wanted the vehicle. The only issue was the length of time to close the loan. I went into tarbox not sure what to expect from the dealership experience. I knew i was interested in the veloster, but that is all i really knew. I came into the dealership to ask if there was a seat belt extension that I could purchase, as I have had 2 surgeries and my right shoulder & 1 surgery on my right hand, and am having alot of trouble & p belt extension that I could purchase, as I have had 2 surgeries and my right shoulder & 1 surgery on my right hand, and am having alot of trouble & pain buckling the seatbelt in my 2011 Elantra. He advised me that there was no extension for that model car (2011 Elantra)that I had leased from Tarbox, thru John Proulx, in May of 2011. He advised me that some of the Sonata's had power seats & it was "our lucky day" because Tarbox had been ordered to SELL the Sonatas! I tested the power seat in a 2012 Sonata GLS, and found that it "fit the bill" nicely where the seat belt issue was concerned. Now John was put to the real test! How do I get out of a 10 month lease on the 2011 Elantra & lease the 2012 Sonata without loosing money or costing more money? The deal that John Proulx put together and got approved, satisfied both of those concerns. I drove out of the dealership in my new leased 2012 Sonata, with a seatbelt that I could buckle without pain, one year newer, one model upgrade, and a monthly lease payment increase of only $10 per month!! I am happy beyond belief! I would not consider buying a car from anyone other than John Proulx. I cannot say enough "good" about him. Thanks for the effortless car-leasing experience! Saturday, February 18, I went to Tarbox Hyundai looking to purchase a vehicle. Lynn greeted us with a warm smile & was very helpful in assisting me, to find the "right car." The sales staff is extremely courteous. Sean went out of his way to acccomodate me with any concerns I had. Right off the bat, Sean was extremely accommodating. He came in on his day off simply to let me test-drive the vehicle. Along with the General Manager Mark, Sean promised to offer the lowest price he coul came in on his day off simply to let me test-drive the vehicle. He used all his capabilities to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did he make me feel very comfortable, but he showed me the most painless car-buying process I've ever dealt with.
