This was my second purchase from Tarbox in three years. I am completely satisfied with the attention I recieved during both experiences once in 2009 and now in 2012. Al was very courteous and helpful without being pushy. He showed us the features on both the Sonata and the Elantra and we were quite impressed with both, but decided that the Elantra was the best for us. He did not try to sell us just anything on the lot that was convenient for him or the dealership. We were able to come to an agreement on a price with little problem. The exact model that we wanted was not on the lot, but in a few days Al located it for us. The prep work was good on the new car and we left very satisfied on how we were treated by Al and Paul. Buying cars has never in the past been a pleasant experience for me, but I would recommend anyone to visit Tarbox Hyundai and have a much better one. More

I went to Tarbox first to get an idea of pricing and to explore my options on a Elantra. Marc sat down with me after I selected a model and color and gave me an upfront pricing on my options. I returned to Tarbox and they honored the original deal and beat it. They made the whole buying experience easy and enjoyable. I was looking into a 2012 and ended up driving away with a 2013. We also had a few extras added to the vehicle and they handled them flawlessly. Marc also impressed us with his initial call on my satisfaction with the vehicle and after the spoiler was installed. He also walked us through the service department and assisted us with making our first service app.. The Management and Marc made this buying experience enjoyable and easy. I have already made a number of recomendations to freinds and associates. More

I had a great experience at Tarbox Hyundai in Warwick. My husband and I visited the dealership at the end of January but was not able to immediately purchase a car because I was looking for a standard transm husband and I visited the dealership at the end of January but was not able to immediately purchase a car because I was looking for a standard transmission. Sean was not able to locate one at any other local Hyundai dealerships, so he suggested I order one directly from the factory. Tarbox was not able to obtain one from the factory until late April, but Sean kept me informed in the meantime and still tried looking for a car from nearby dealerships. I finally got a call that a standard transmission was available and on its way to Philadelphia. It got to RI a few weeks later and I picked it up on 4/30. The transaction was quick and smooth and Sean answered all of my questions and helped me call my insurance company to transfer my policy. I was also really thankful that I didn't have to go to the DMV to change my registration! Sean was not at all pressuring or threatening and accepted a quote I had gotten from AAA with no issues. I would definitely return to Tarbox and recommend them to others! More
