I would ABSOLUTELY go back to Tarbox Hyundai. I brought my Hyundai 2010 Accent in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting Al came up to me to ask if I needed help. I said no but told him I love my Ac my Hyundai 2010 Accent in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting Al came up to me to ask if I needed help. I said no but told him I love my Accent but it was the first time I bought a car instead of an SUV. Then I spotted a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring on the lot. Al asked if I wanted to go for a test drive. Why not? I really was impressed. I liked the size, gas mileage, ease of handling and the information Al gave me about the car.It was bigger than my Accent and I was excited. When we got back to the dealership, I decided I wanted it and Al got right to work to expedite the sale. I was so impressed with the other sales people who worked at the dealership. Many came over and congratulated me on my purchaxe. I was made to feel really special and apprecited, I have told all my friends about my experience and told them that if they are thinking about buying a new car or SUV they HAVE to visit Tarbox Hyundai....and ask for Al!!!!! More

All in all it was an easy process toward making a decision.Finance department was courteous, very accomodating and friendly. I was greeted with prompt and friendly service. I came in on a whim, curious about the used vehicle inventory. Andrew found a wonderful vehicle that I was pre-approved for. I had my trade vehicle towed to Tarbox Toyota where they were able to accept it as a trade. I absolutely LOVE my new car! I was then turned over to Sarkis (I can't remember his last name) who worked out the numbers to a payment that was less than I was willing to pay! I am so happy with that number! Both Andrew and Sarkis did an absolutely wonderful job and I was able to leave the dealership that day in my new car! I fell in love with the Veloster when it first appeared in various car magazines. I went to Tarbox Hyundai because I had purchased 2 new cars from Ed Tarbox's father many years ago (a Gremlin and a Pacer in various car magazines. I went to Tarbox Hyundai because I had purchased 2 new cars from Ed Tarbox's father many years ago (a Gremlin and a Pacer when it was an AMC dealer.) I found my salesperson. Emmett Patriquin to be very knowledgeable about the car, even tho it was just introduced. He was also understanding when dealing with a senior citizen who didn't understand all the technology. Both he and Ed Tarbox enabled me to trade in my current car and drive off ith a new black Veloster! More
