Lynn Holston was a complete pain to work with. Despite his being difficult to work with when he wandered off to talk with his friends and leave us waiting for a manger (Scott) to help us instead we did end up purchasing a 2013 Genesis from Tarbox thanks to Scott's hard work. A few days later we attempted to find out the status of the license plates which Lynn Holston assured us he would personally handle with the RI DMV, and much to our dismay, he had failed to take any action on the matter. After a trip to Tarbox to straighten out the issue we were entirely shocked and appalled at the fact that Lynn attempted to deny that he had sold the car to us, once again leaving his manager and other staff to figure out his job for him. After several trips to Tarbox and more denials from Lynn, a financial specialist named Paul and manager Scott were able to eventually take care of all the issues and do Lynn Holston's job for him. If we had worked with an employee other than Lynn Holston, I'm fairly confident we would have had a much better experience, however; the fact that he outright denied selling us the car to avoid having to do his job is egregiously unacceptable. I was very lucky to get steve W as my sales person. From the first moment he made me feel at ease and eager to try a new hundai.
