Nick Berman made us feel welcomed before we even walked through the door that he held open for us. My daughter was shopping for her first car. WHEN I BOUGHT MY 2004 KIA SORRENTO I SPENT NEARLY 3 HRS IN THE WHEN I STARTED LOOKING FOR CARS MY CHOICE WAS GOING TO BE THE SONATA OR KIA OPTIMA. WHEN I BOUGHT MY 2004 KIA SORRENTO I SPENT NEARLY 3 HRS IN THE DEALERSHIP NEGOTIATING WITH THE SALESMAN WITH HIM RUNNING BACK IN FORTH TO THE SALES MGR WITH EACH OFFER. WHEN I MET STEVE THE FIRST THING I SAID WAS I'M NOT GOING TO DO THAT AGAIN. I WAS UP FRONT AND I TOLD HIM I WAS LOOKING AT THE OPTIMAS AS WELL. HE CAME BACK WITH A GOOD PRICE TO INCLUDE A FAIR VALUE FOR MY 2004 SORRENTO. AS I SHOPPED AROUND, OTHER DEALERS OFFERED ME $1,000 LESS FOR MY TRADE. ALL SAID AND DONE I BELIEVE I WALKED AWAY WITH $4500 IN DISCOUNTS WHICH I WAS PLEASED WITH. AS FOR MY EXPERIENCE WITH STEVE. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGABLE AND ABOVE ALL TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. NOT HOW PEOPLE WOULD NORMALLY STEREOTYPE CAR SALESMAN. I ALSO HAVE A 2007 TUSCAN AND WILL PROBABLY BE BACK IN A COUPLE YEARS FOR A NEW ONE. OVERALL I HAD A BETTER THAN EXPECTED EXPERIENCE AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TARBOX AND STEVE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. More

I enjoyed my experience because I was approached when I arrived by Mr. Holston and was asked what I was looking for. He then pointed me in the direction of new Sonatas and said he would be happy to help i arrived by Mr. Holston and was asked what I was looking for. Once I made a decision Mr. Holston asked if I had any questions or concern and took me for a test drive. During the test drive we discussed my previous experience at Tarbox and the major points of the car. We then went in to discuss trade in, price and the like. The whole process from start to finish was less than four hours, and I was driving home in my new car. More
I test drove the tuscon and the sante fe and decided upon the sante fe.I liked that dealer ship both for the service and that I wasn't pressured and asked how much money I had to spend. I put a deposit on a ford escape at another dealership and stopped by on sunday and talked about the diffreces between the two vehicles,ran my credit drove the car and all my questions were addressed hone and stopped by on sunday and talked about the diffreces between the two vehicles,ran my credit drove the car and all my questions were addressed honestly and knowlegable with out lieing and if sean didn't know he got the answer instead of shooting from the hip,most friendy atmospher I have ever seen.you want to buy a car there and have it serviced there.quite an enjoyable experience,Thank you Lou Tucker More
The warranty on our old car ran out, so we went looking for a new one. We started in Mass. and worked our way home to West Warwick. We bought our last car in Mass. so we returned. We found that the deale for a new one. We started in Mass. and worked our way home to West Warwick. We bought our last car in Mass. so we returned. We found that the dealership closer was rude and got angry and we left. Three other dealers could not meet what we wanted to pay. We finally returned to Tarbox, which we had stopped at a few days ago. Our Sales Consultant, Mr. S. Kim, was very down to earth and did not get excited when we laughed at his first offer nor did he have a problem with our number. Mr Kim returned with Sales Manager, Scott Henderson, who was the consummate professional. After speaking with us, they returned with an offer that met our approval. The deal was struck with all sides happy. We should note that Mr. Kim offered coffee, water and soda along with pleasant conversation. Our new Hyundai was ready for delivery right on time. We returned the next day because we could not get the Bluetooth to download our address books. Both Mr. Kim and Mr. Henderson were busy with another customer when we arrived. Another sales consultant, Al Armando, immediately volunteered to help us out. Al tried and then had another consultant try without any luck. Al went to the service department and brought Nick Tarbox out. Nick tried for 10-15 minutes until he got in and was able to complete the download. Needless to say, we are quite happy with the Tarbox Dealership so far. More
