We only rated our overall experience and price as OK because we felt rushed. We understand we arrived a half hour before closing, but we did not need to do the paperwork that night. We were not offered any incentives. We were trading in a Hyundai and own a Hyundai which were both purchased at Tarbox. We were told that our 2008 Entourage was not worth the 11,000 we given as a trade in, so we could not receive any other incentives. If this was our first purchase at Tarbox we would probably not return. More

Our experience with Tarbox in Warwick was different from any other we have ever had in buying all the cars my husband and I have bought! Now this might sound ominous, but it is not! Believe it or not, we walked away feeling as though we had found a new "auto home". From the beginning Nick (our salesman) was enthusiastic, positive and willing to go the distance. The place exudes a positive feeling, with the staff appearing to like working there, which is very different from two competitors down the road which we had visited shortly before arriving at Tarbox. One where we had purchased the car we were replacing appeared to not care if we purchased from them. Prior to driving off with our purchase, we were introduced all around and shown the service department with our first service check booked for us. We drove off with our new Santa Fe satisfied with our purchase, and pleasantly surprised with the experience! Job well done! More

I stopped by Tarbox on the way to work to check out a tiburon. Nick immediately approached me asking if I wanted to take a test drive without being over bearing. I took the tiburon for a cruise on the highway(awesome).We went over how much I wanted to pay monthly and in total.He came back with a great monthly payment. The check engine light was on but he quickly had it taken care of. The bank changed up the payment monthly and of the car. But regardless I was still approved for the loan even with my age and lack of credit. I also got some free gas which was awesome. When it was all said and done I was paying a little more a month than I wanted to but its going to help my credit and I can always refinance after a year like they told me. Nick did an awesome job helping me get my first car/loan. Ive always bought my cars out right so this was all new to me. Ill be returning to tarbox when Im ready for my next hyundai. More
