Ease, Efficiency and Affordability After my car was totaled, I was forced into the car buying process. For over a month, I dealt with multiple dealerships/salesmen throughout Mass and RI who did nothing but stress me out and try to up-sell me into a vehicle I wasn’t comfortable in, or couldn’t afford. I can honestly say that just walking into Tarbox Hyundai relaxed me! I told Miguel what I wanted and what I didn't want, and he listened! He set me up with Eric and within minutes, Eric and I were on a test drive. I was a Honda owner and was very hesitant to switch to a Hyundai. I had a ton of questions and concerns, all of which were knowledgeably and thoroughly answered by Eric. I was so impressed by the vehicle’s quality and performance that I ended up purchasing the vehicle I test drove, and could not be happier. Purchasing my Hyundai at Tarbox Hyundai was definitely one of the best decisions I've made in a while. The entire process was so easy and efficient, and not once did I feel like I was being pressured. Lastly, I'd like to point out that this ease and efficiency especially pertained to Mahmoud in Finance, who made sure my monthly payment remained within my budget! Overall, thanks to Tarbox Hyundai and their team, I am extremely satisfied with not only my vehicle, but the entire car buying experience! My wife and I were very impressed with his service. We expected a hard sell but pleasantly surprised. However when we expected to finish the paperwork and pick up our car we ran into an average experience. Numbers were thrown around and a choice of an extended warranty was flashed by. I would have liked to have had the total money cost of the warranty presented instead of just fiddling with the monthly payment. I did not realize that the cost was $2600 until the final big summary was presented. Also rapidly presenting all the prior paperwork for signing before rapidly seeing the big summary was confusing. The major factor for this review was not stating to me clearly that the contract was binding - no cooling off period allowed. I would recommend this dealership but caution the sign out experience. More
