I actually went in to dealership to see about extended warranty on my HHR, then ran into Karen and got to talking, and then decided to look around while i was waiting to talk to person about warranty. Karen introduced me to Dennis and before i knew it , he and i were out looking around the lot at trucks and cars and i liked the Sonic LTZ so next thing i knew i was trading in my HHR for the Sonic and am very pleased with the ease that the whole transaction took place.
