I arrived & Damon checked me in as usual. I have to make a special acknowledgment to him for his customer focus. He asked what else he could do to ensure that everything was taken care of. So there were a paint scratches that he ensured were buffed out, at no charge. He kept me in the loop when the vehicle was completed and ready.
