We are very sorry you had a bad experience with us. That was not what we had hoped for or strived to provide for our clients. Unfortunately with the chip shortage and shipping delays, it's now taking much longer to get many vehicles built than it did previously. As for the trade-in value, it's difficult to trade a vehicle purchased from another dealer just months before for thousands upon thousands above the MSRP.

I believe I was being deterred from buying it so that you could take the truck and sell it above msrp to someone else after I waited almost 10 months for it. It wouldn’t take much to make me happy, you were just refusing to help. I think lowering the price of the new truck to slightly below msrp to help me out on the amount of money I’d be losing wouldn’t be too much to ask for, but the sales manager refused to budge on numbers at all

I feel i was taken advantave of. They knew before i dropped the vehicle off that it would need software exclusive to ford to reprogram a transmission repair but decided to tell me that after the fact and charge me $140 diagnostic fee.
