Felicia was an incredible sales person. Nucar did not have the exact Silverado we were looking for and Felicia managed to find the exact vehicle in PA. She managed a trade and within 72 hours after conta have the exact Silverado we were looking for and Felicia managed to find the exact vehicle in PA. On top of everything else she also drove my son's girlfriend to the local hospital when she had a family medical emergency when we were signing the paperwork. The rest of the Nucar team stepped up to the plate and expedited the paperwork and we were on our way in no time. every single person in the showroom was friendly and informative. I came in to Nucar on Saturday the 31st to purchase a Chevy Cruz or Malibu. When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan Averell and several other sales associates. I had looked at cars at two other dealership Chevy Cruz or Malibu. When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan Averell and several other sales associates. I had looked at cars at two other dealerships on Friday and decided to give Nucar a try on Saturday. After meeting with Ryan and discussing my needs, we decided that the best vehicle for me was a Malibu--LT or LTZ. I looked at a Malibu on Friday at another dealership nearby and Ryan even agreed to do a dealer trade if I could not find what I wanted at Nucar. We drove both an LTZ and an LT. I loved the LTZ but I did not want a black car so the LT in summit white became my choice. It was the perfect color and it had several additional options that the car at the other dealership did not have. After adding the Malibu rebate and several other discounts that I was entitled to, the final price was a GREAT deal--and better than the price of the other car with less options that I originally wanted dealer traded. I also had a trade in and did not have to haggle at all after the appraisal. I felt that the offer on my car was extremely fair so I purchased the Malibu on Saturday and took it home that afternoon. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Finance was outstanding! The general manager was friendly etc etc. By far, this was one of the best car buying experiences that anyone could ever hope for. I know that Ryan is a fairly new addition to the Nucar "family" and he did a great job and you should be pleased to have him. More

On August 8, 2013 I was involved in an accident and after my car was not able to be fixed I had to find a vehicle quickly. I went to several dealerships and found that once they new I was getting a check th my car was not able to be fixed I had to find a vehicle quickly. I went to several dealerships and found that once they new I was getting a check that was what they were primarily focused on. I stopped in NUCAR and spoke with salesman Tom Reale and explained to him that I just want the bottom line and didn't want to waste his time or mine. Tom was very friendly and was not desperate to get his hands on the check. He asked me what I wanted and when it wasn't available he searched for it and found exactly the car for me. He wanted to know financially what I wanted to do and worked with that figure to get me the best deal. I found the entire staff to be very friendly from the salespeople to the finance people. Before I came to NUCAR I had owned 6 Pontiac vehicles and was very nervous to try a different car. Tom Reale and the other associates at NUCAR made that decision easy for me. Thank you very much for making a very stressful time as easy as possible. More
After having a bad experience with Porter Chevy (a competing dealership in the neighboring city of Newark), the Nucar dealership staff went above and beyond to reach my family's requirements. This included finding monetary incentives/discounts and completing extensive research into finding the vehicle with the exact package/options we desired. In particular it was a pleasure working with Dwayne Cluff who was extremely courteous, responsive and most of all knowledgeable about the Traverse. He personally found an alternative vehicle with the desired options after another dealership sold the car we had reserved. He also arranged for us to pick up the Traverse earlier than planned to accommodate a family trip. After our purchase he made sure to follow up with appointments to get the normal auto detailing done and have a tow hitch installed for us. Dwayne even demoed the controls and paired our smart phones! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dwayne to my friends and family. I will also be returning to Nucar for future purchases. More
