Horrid customer service Nestor was rude, pushy, didn't listen to what I told him I wanted out of a vehicle, insisted he knew, then proceeded to try to push cars on me that we Nestor was rude, pushy, didn't listen to what I told him I wanted out of a vehicle, insisted he knew, then proceeded to try to push cars on me that were too old, too many miles, not within my specifications, and then REFUSED to let me test drive one that I could have been interested in. It was a little out of my original price max I had given him, but I had never driven one and asked if he was going to let me test drive to see if I liked it or not. He looked at us and said "no". We left and went to the Mazda dealership in Tacoma and were able to test drive one immediately. I will not return or recommend NWMS. More

They went above and beyond when we had to make it to a doctors appointment half way through they made sure the car wouldnt get sold while we were away. When we came back they had all of the bank stuff ready for us!!! Wow!! I will be a costomer for life with these guys!! And am going to recommend them to all my friends and family!!! Pat davis was our finance guy and he was so nice also!!! And Bobby Barnes was our manager!! These guys really worked well as a team to make us happy customers!!!!!! I didnt feel like it was fake nice customer service it was genuine!! I heared "would you like some coffee,water, or tea?" More than at a restraunt!!!! More

Terrance was wonderful (and Will, who was a new there) even though I really didn't want to step into the van world, it helped our negative equity we had with our SUV. The people there were great, and helpful. They got our payments to where we needed them to be (with a little bouncing back and forth). I would go back to purchase another vehicle. More
