Very friendly. Typical dealership pressure to do business right away, but backed off politely when I didn’t bite. Adrian was nice and enthusiastic but also understanding. I haven’t taken delivery of the car yet but the process is like that of any other dealership. Nice facility on River Road and everyone seemed friendly.
