They couldn’t find the second key for the truck (but it was advertised with two keys) so they made me a new one. My total time in the dealership was an hour and a half. More

Not Veteran Friendly Not veteran friendly. My husband and I have been looking for a Durango so I inquired online about a new one they have on the lot. I received a respons Not veteran friendly. I received a response from Sammie Jo, and our problem started when she asked if my husband was a veteran. I said he is and she told me we just needed to bring in his 1099r or a retirement statement for proof. I explained to her that we was medically retired and never made it to a full retirement due to being injured so we don’t have either of those documents. She said we would need those for the discount. I told her all we have is his DD214 to prove service or his VA award letter to prove disability. She then asked if he was 100% disabled...I said no he is not he is rated 80%. To which she responded that he would not qualify for the military discount they offered but she hoped that would not discourage us from coming in. I explained at that point it absolutely would discourage us from coming in and it has nothing to do with missing out on a $500 discount. My problem is the dealership is okay with telling a veteran “sorry you were injured and didn’t make it to retirement, but you weren’t injured enough” for their discount. It’s absolutely upsetting that someone who placed his life on the line is treated that way. I have emailed the general manager about this, with no response. However, Sammie Jo has managed to message me three times since to ask if we are still interested and ready to come in, each time I have explained yet again why we would not be coming in. We didn’t go in expecting a discount for his service, we didn’t even ask about it but instead were told his service, his time, his injury isn’t enough. I am thankful that we were not in the dealership and this was all told to me over text message, I would have hated for this to be told to my husband’s face. Just a warning to other veterans who are in the market for a vehicle, you just might be told you aren’t good enough either. More

What a great deal it was and it was exactly what they had promised. I could not be happier with this purchase. We worked with MICHAEL OADES, JOSH NAUMCHEFF and JOE CARTER on this deal and each one of them were honest, professional, informed, courteous and attentive to our wants/needs to complete this purchase. Even the after sale questions we had were promptly answered from 175 miles away by phone and text. A very special THANK YOU to each one of them. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we closed this deal on the exact car we wanted sight unseen. This was not the only dealer we had contacted to buy a new Jeep but their price beat all the others easily and we were quite surprised at how good their customer service to us was.
