Hands down this is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. I purchased an Audi (certified pre-owned) from Muad in February. Bought the extended warranty as well. When the car was getting detailed, they broke the rear view mirror (and mount).. not a huge deal because I was told that they already had a new one on order and it would be there within two weeks. Two weeks came and went... no call, no mirror, and now they are not returning my calls. I drive down to the dealership (mind you that i have no rear view mirror in a car that is new to me) I find Muad and he tells me that i need to bring the old one in and they are going to try to fix it... (thought it was already on order???) well, that won't work because I threw the broken one away. So I have to buy a new one and have it installed ($1400), i send them a copy of the receipt, and the sales manager tells me that they won't reimburse me because the receipt has "cash customer" on it instead of my name???? 2 months after the purchase, the engine fails. I take it to Audi to get fixed and find out that the warranty I purchased was not the same as the one the dealership actually paid for. They chose a cheaper "parts only" warranty. That cost me another $3600 for labor. I make an appt to see the GM and discuss these issues and he does not show up. I drive down to the dealership, show them the paperwork backing up my concerns, and they have me wait for the "boss" to show up... NOPE. Take my phone number... not 1 call. oh yah, the "certified pre-owned inspection (that they did not do) would have revealed the potential valve failure. I am speaking with two local television stations and the attorney general about this. I will post again, but most likely you will see it on the news first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP More
Recommend asking for John Parenteau. He is a knowledgeable and helpful service advisor. Realistic about what service is needed at the time of visit. Thanks John! He is a knowledgeable and helpful service advisor. Realistic about what service is needed at the time of visit. Thanks John! More

I've been using this dealership for service for the past 5 years without any issues. They weren't great, but not terrible. However, today Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram refused to honor my Lifetime Wrap 5 years without any issues. They weren't great, but not terrible. However, today Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram refused to honor my Lifetime Wrap Warranty. They refused due to staffing issues. Because they were short staffed they were refusing to honor my Warranty because I didn't buy my vehicle there. However, it's a Warranty that is honored at "ALL" Ram dealerships. EXCEPT THEM. They are a cancer to the Dodge/Ram family More

I had to ask multiple times if the truck was even on the lot. I asked for some numbers to be run which never happened. When I asked why it taking so long for just simple answers, I was told that they were super busy. This dealership is so busy that they can’t return texts concerning the sale of a $100,000 car. Don’t waste your time here. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. You should too. More
I traveled all the way from GA to purchase a vehicle and my salesperson (Muad) along with the management team (Ben and Beau) couldnt have been more accomodating. From my initial call inquiry to my travel to my salesperson (Muad) along with the management team (Ben and Beau) couldnt have been more accomodating. From my initial call inquiry to my travel to ultimately shipping the vehicle back, they were great from start to finish and I couldnt be any happier, thank you Muad and NW Jeep! A+++ More
When I write a review I first read some negative reviews to get a flavor of any consistent problems. Just as I expected, many of the negative complaints were either legitimate human error, something outside to get a flavor of any consistent problems. Just as I expected, many of the negative complaints were either legitimate human error, something outside the direct control of the dealership, or simply expecting something for free. In a word, my experience was AWESOME! I saw a CARFAX add for a Toyota Corolla that was advertised. I sent in a message then Kelsee texted and emailed me promptly. I came in the next day, Kelsee was off but, before I had arrived Mike Morgan had kindly prepared my car for a test drive and 3 minutes later we were on the road. He was kind, patient, and most of all did not talk like a high pressure salesman. In fact, all though he offered "extras" he respectfully accepted when I respectfully declined. First of all. I get what any dealership is about. (Making money selling things.) I have no problem with that. But some of my past car buying experiences have felt like a high pressure shake down. But NOT at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram! After a pleasant wait for my credit to be checked, I was sent "upstairs" to meet "the finance guy". I thought: "Oh Boy! Here comes the pressure." I prepared myself for a 45 minute squeeze (like a walnut in a pair of vise grips) to buy extras for my new (used) car. Gustavo, (the dreaded finance guy) was the most professional but down to earth finance guy I've ever met. Of course he offered various things [Extended warrantees, protectants etc.]. That's part of his job. I accepted what I wanted but when I declined things I was met with same sort of respectful acceptance I had enjoyed with Mike. Gus even corrected an error on the contract that would have cost me hundreds of dollars. An error that I only would have discovered later at home. The whole experience was so pleasant I momentarily imagined I must have been duped by pleasant, Obiwon Kenobi salespeople who's super power was to control my mind like the Storm Trooper was in Star Wars. LOL! NOPE! You guys are real people, that act like real people, giving customers the best service possible. Thank you! Bill Emett P.S. As I was leaving with my car I asked Mike to thank Kelsee, the one person I never officially met, for her professionalism. Mike said: " Not only will I pass on your words but she will rightly share in the commission from this sale." Ah! Just as it should be. Thank you Kelsee, Mike, Gustavo and NJCDR! More
