John is always a pleasure to work with. In fact I have purchased 2 cars from him in the last few years and it won’t be my last. Went in for a used jeep and was treated very poorly. from the moment we walked in and the salesmen started to talk it wasn't good. after the salesmen pulled the jeep around it smelled horrible!!! and on the the moment we walked in and the salesmen started to talk it wasn't good. after the salesmen pulled the jeep around it smelled horrible!!! and on the internet the picture included a soft top but when we look at the jeep it had magically disappeared! while test driving it the gas light was on. and the salesmen avoided my very few questions that i asked. once we got back he continued the rudeness when he found out we had a credit score less the 800 and even told us should look at something cheaper which is xx because we make more than we need to pay a higher payment!! we wasted at least 3 hours of our time. and on top of it they low balled me for my trade which is also xx. we decided that we would take our business somewhere, where we our money is appreciated! wouldn't recommend this place to a FLEA.. if is the price is good.. I'd rather pay more and get treated better than pay less and be treated like crap. Oh yeah and to make it better Johns business card has a misspelled word on it! Refferal is not a referral! More

Vicki Smith is one of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle, new or used. Vicki really spent the time with me today making sure I was happy with the vehicle, and finding answe dealt with when buying a vehicle, new or used. Vicki really spent the time with me today making sure I was happy with the vehicle, and finding answers to questions I had instead of just making something up on the spot if she did not know the answer. I really felt that Vicki was working to help me get the car I wanted, and was even talked to the Finance Manager to try and help get the price down a little. Vicki was one of the easiest sales people to deal with because she didn't push the sale, but made sure I was truly happy with the vehicle before even asking for the sale. Great experience, I will definitely recommend friends and family to Vicki. She makes you feel like you're dealing with a friend instead of just a dealership. More

Just had a REALLY shaddy deal with this company. I was in last week and worked with Vicki Smith. She was pleasant to work with. I called her yesterday, she had the day off. I set up a deal the her this morni last week and worked with Vicki Smith. She was pleasant to work with. I called her yesterday, she had the day off. I set up a deal the her this morning and made arrangements to come and buy the car. Was on my way to the bank to get the cashiers check, and she sold it out from under me. I wanted to have a mechanic look at it, so either they do really crappy business and sell cars out from under you, or they sell cars that are not mechanically okay, wichever it is, both are not okay. Talked to Ken the manager, and he was an xxx!!!!!! They wasted a lot of my time and I would NEVER buy a car from them! Would not recommend doing business with this dealer! More

I have been dealing with April since June 2007. She is always friendly, precise in her information and always willing to make sure that I receive the service my vehicle needs at a better price than elsewh always friendly, precise in her information and always willing to make sure that I receive the service my vehicle needs at a better price than elsewhere. 2 months prior I had been told by another employee that I need to replace my transmission hoses. During this visit I explained what I had been told and that I thought if this is true that it should be covered as defective hoses under warranty as I have never had to replace transmission hoses on any vehicles previously owned. She ensured that the vehicle was inspected vigorously for this condition and reported that nothing was found. She assured me that she would follow up with the other employee that had told me this. April has always followed up on any concern, complaint, or issue that I have had. She is the service advisor that I prefer to work with and, as such, I always ask for her when I call in the arrange service on my Jeep. She always makes me feel like a valued customer whose satisfaction comes first. She also never makes me feel rushed or that I am wasting her time More
