This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have every had. Absolutely no buyers remorse!! We know we got the best deal around! We have purchased 6 cars (new and used) in the p experience we have every had. Absolutely no buyers remorse!! We know we got the best deal around! We have purchased 6 cars (new and used) in the past and usually dread the purchasing experience. NO MORE!! The sales rep, Mike, was straight forward, no hassle, this is our best offer upfront. After extensive research we knew going in what a good deal was around the country, and right from the start they compared with the best deals in the nation. In less than 4 hours we had traded in our old vehicle with a fair blue book trade in price and left with a brand new vehicle at a price we knew no other dealership could offer! There is no question that we will be back! More
I bought an 08 Sprinter new and this dealership has become my service outlet. I have had numerous issues with the Sprinter but when it is fixed it is fixed. At the end of my service contract Ron put me become my service outlet. I have had numerous issues with the Sprinter but when it is fixed it is fixed. At the end of my service contract Ron put me in contact with the service contract person in the dealership. I have been coming here for going on six years now and I can't go anywhere else. Ron knows my needs and he knows my business is down when the Sprinter is down so they do everything imagineable to get me going. There is always a car available should I need one. These sprinters are costly vehicles to maintain and they didnt just try to sell me a contract they weighed out the pros and cons and it has paid off. I hope the service system doesnt change because it is painless for me right now. They know what I need and when I need it. It is hard enough running a business without the added problems of vehicle maintenance. Hats off to Ron for his professionalism and his willingness to do anything the customer needs to keep them happy. Tim More

We bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee in Aug. & had it one week & the entire radio/cd system had to be replaced. In Nov. we were on the freeway & 5, yes, 5 dash lights came on; we called the dealership & one week & the entire radio/cd system had to be replaced. In Nov. we were on the freeway & 5, yes, 5 dash lights came on; we called the dealership & took the car in....waited a very long time for a call & they never called to say it was fixed. I had to call them! They said they fixed a sensor; well lasat week the 5 lights came on again. We took the car in on Wed. AM; still have NOT received a call; their not sure what the problem is; maybe electrical-hello? Please people do NOT do business with this dealership. I'm going to write a letter to the BBB today,as I am extremely upset. It's now Fri....no loaner car, no call etc., etc., etc.!! More
I live in Southern Nevada. I was in Forest Grove, OR working on a family property for 3 months. I was scheduled to drive back to NV, 1200 miles away, on Sunday morning (leaving at 4a.m.) PROBLEM. My 2 working on a family property for 3 months. I was scheduled to drive back to NV, 1200 miles away, on Sunday morning (leaving at 4a.m.) PROBLEM. My 2006 Dodge Cummins would not start on Friday night at 7 pm after heavy rains. Saturday morning at 7am I called xxxxx, but they did not have a diesel tech on and referred me to Northwest JCD. I called and was put on the phone with Ron Hollenbeck. He told me that he had a diesel tech on and that they could take a look that day. Ron asked me to have my truck towed to NW as soon as possible. He promised that they would take a look and have a diagnosis for me. He was VERY clear that there was no way he could promise to have me on the road at 4am the next day. I told him I understood, but I begged him to do what he could for me. My family waited for me at home and I was due back to work as a teacher, but with a dead truck my optimism was LOW. I had the truck delivered at 11:45 a.m. and looked for Ron. Ron was busy working with two ladies. I was close enough to hear much of the conversation. These ladies were having a check engine light/sensor issue that Ron said they had looked into and believed they had fixed (more on this later). Ron appologied for the wait (WHY - were you not working Ron???) He took my info and the keys. I again shared my situation and my lack of time to wait. I kept thinking - it's Saturday and there is NO WAY they get this fixed, they may not even look at it and that is NOT GOOD - I have to get home. I hung out in the area, but did not hear anything - NOT GOOD. I went back at 4:30. There stood the SAME lady from earlier. Her car was repeating the same problem. Ron very professionally explained that they had done what they could, but Chysler would not cover replacement under warranty and that he could not authorize anything further without his supervisor. She was not happy, but Ron promised to take it to his supervisor and he should contact her first thing Monday. If the supervisor did not then Ron promised to HAND DELIVER the paperwork to him and would call the lady with a decision. She acould not understand that Ron could not do anything else, but he remained professional and calm. I was truly impressed. I was expecting the usual, "I'm sorry sir, we just did not have time to get to it today". I was met by Ron and he had a smile on his face, even after that lady (she made me want to kick something and I didn't even talk to her). Ron said, "My tech is just wrapping up your truck and I think we got it fixed. You had a relay get full of water in the rain storm and shorted out. We replaced it and he is finishing up the paperwork now. Can you wait just a few minutes and he will bring it around?". I was EXTATIC. There is no news like - you get to go home ON TIME. I went to the restroom and my truck beat me to the parking lot!!! Ben (the tech) showed me the placement of the new relay, he was very friendly and knowledgable. I returned to Ron and awaited the SHOCK of the bill (OK, so Saturday, RUSH job, they know I am without options). Ron says, "$139 today". My jaw dropped, "um, are you sure you have my bill? 'cause that was less than the tow ($175 by the way)". Ron says, "Yep". I have a look at the bill - this can't be right a $20 part and the rest was labor and shop fees. Where is the 4 hours of labor that WE ALL know is garbage, but pay anyway. ONE HOUR... I would have taken me 3 and that is with HELP! It took more than an HOUR to have the truck TOWED. I'M not getting raked over the coals for my situation? NO WAY - don't dealers get you coming and going and a little in between? NOT NORTHWEST JCD. Nothing but the best to say about them and the way they handled me and the others I listened to while I waited for Ron. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Keep in mind you can't make stuff like this up. There is just no way. Ron, I will return again if I ever need anything while in your area (I pray I don't, but who knows). I wish you were 1200 miles closer. Ben for the 5 mintues I talked to you - I was IMPRESSED. For all you did, my gratitude. Brian L. Teacher Good luck to both of you. More
Great dealership. Everyone was real nice and understanding as my 1 year old decided to have a melt down. There was also an area for all 3 kids to play which helped a lot. I discussed all the det understanding as my 1 year old decided to have a melt down. There was also an area for all 3 kids to play which helped a lot. I discussed all the details over the phone prior to coming in with Shannon and Todd, and everything we agreed upon was exactly what I got without any hassle when I got to the dealership. This was the first dealership I've been too where I did not feel like the sales people were pushy. The finance manager was also very patient with us as signing documents with 3 kids was definately interesting. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family their way, and will shop here first whenever I'm in the market again. More

Very friendly dealership and very willing to work with me and my budget. A little too much after sale extended warranty pitch, but that's part of the game when buying a used car. Due to circumstances, I was forced to purchase a new vehicle earlier than planned (in a pinch, so to speak). Luckily I have wanted a Jeep for some time and was somewhat knowledgeable of the product, be vehicle earlier than planned (in a pinch, so to speak). Luckily I have wanted a Jeep for some time and was somewhat knowledgeable of the product, besides having owned one in the past (bought it here almost 20 years ago). I also brought two friends and their spouses, one of whom is very knowledgeable about the product (he has owned many Jeeps and now has an AEV version of the Unlimited Rubicon). The gals helped take care of my disabled son while my wife and I focused on the vehicle with my friends' input (thanks, guys). John was patient and attentive, not pushy and made the experience the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. While we were signing documents, there were delays on our part, but at no time did we feel rushed even though time is money and they were quite busy. John made sure our son was comfortable and content watching Sponge Bob. Although dealing with not just a couple but an entourage to buy a vehicle, John was pleasant and professional the entire time. To be honest, I was probably somewhat defensive initially, but John broke the ice rather well. In conclusion, then: 1.Kind, friendly service 2.Sweet deal 3.No hassles 4.Great experience I don't think there are any spelling errors in this review (see previous review). John, quit being so nice and don't accept spelling errors on your business cards. ;) More
