They off Three weeks after buying a 2009 Jeep Patriot I found they sold me the car WITHOUT A WORKING HORN and it was GOING TO NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION! They offered to split the cost of the repair which I told them was unsatisfactory. Their service department had my car for FIVE WEEKS before it was finished. My car was returned to me with MY ALARM AND LOCKING SYSTEM DISABLED! The used car manager, the GM, the owner, NONE OF THEM APOLOGIZED. They made me feel unwanted as a customer and it seemed like this was a situation that happens all the time with them. It is amazing that a business can survive when they care so little about their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More

Purchase of new cars and service Since 2009 I bought 8 cars at NW Jeep. Some of them used and some of them new (2005 Chrysler 300C, 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2007 Chrysler Aspen, 2011 Since 2009 I bought 8 cars at NW Jeep. Some of them used and some of them new (2005 Chrysler 300C, 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2007 Chrysler Aspen, 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2011 Dodge Charger RT, 2013 Dodge Durango RT, 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroads and a 2015 Dodge Charger Scat Pack) I also bought 3 cars from other dealers (2006 Nissan Murano, 2014 Audi Allroad and 2014 Audi Q5). But honestly, I always came back to this dealership. The sales team is great, they do all possible to get you into the car you want. And the service is outstanding as well. I never have to wait more then 60 minutes. They work fast, clean and for a good price. Never had any issues here. I service my cars a lot because i drive a lot. So 5 stars for NW Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram More
Find somewhere else Have been in there twice for service with a horrible experience both times. Got all upset because they made me an appointment for Saturday knowing that they could not contact Olympic care and they told me that they would not pay for the tear down and diagnostics. This would be over and above the deductible. I was REALLY MAD!! just drove away. Contacted Olympic Care and the service manager on Monday. They both worked with me. They will get us a car to use and said it should all be paid for. Made an appointment for 8/12 @ 10:00. My wife took the car at the appointed time and they told her that there wasn't an appointment for the car (because they didn't know if they had the part) so she would have to come back and didn't produce a rental. She finally had to get mad and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. We are DONE with NW Jeep. Also, the lady told me that without the service contract it would cost $500+ .... as it turns out, it would have been $292 We finally decided to try again, this time with sales. We are in the market for a mid-sized SUV and went to test drive both Durango and Journey. The salesman didn't inquire as to who we were, didn't introduce himself so we can't identify him, and didn't really want to be bothered with us. He whined that he would have to move 4 other cars in order to get one we could drive. Come on dealership ...... make your cars more accessible if you want to sell them. In addition we had to cross a fairly busy 4 lane road, without a crosswalk, to even see the cars he didn't want to move. We finally said enough of this dealership and left. More
My car sat at there lot for 3 days and nothing was done!!!!! First, I have a 2001 dodge intrepid ES. Great car. I also have my own automotive shop I go too. Took my car to my shop to have them look at it and there was a short leading to the pcm. The shop don't have the proper diagnostic tools. So, my car went to the dealership to get fixed. Now, this is the funny stuff. The service manager from my shop called the dealership to get an appt and tell them what they found and what was needed. Found and fix the short. The dealership's service manager called my shop back and told them that my car needed a new Pcm. Again, my shop told the dealership that the Pcm checked out good. That they needed to find the short and fix it. Do you know how much they want for a new Pcm. ($1600.00). Here is the next funny, the dealership's service manager called back again. Guess what! They said again I needed a pcm. Again my shop told to please test the pcm. It came back working just fine. At this time, I am blowing a gasket. I been in a rental car for 8 days now and my car was at the dealership. Who are experts in their business. Well, I GUESS NOT. So, my car was back on a tow truck being towed back to my shop. I guess the experts could not fix what was wrong. At this time I had enough, I had my shop tow my car to Gresham Honda a different dealership and model of car also. So, I brought a new car because I was bleeding money. A rental car, money going to my shop and money to a dealership that only wanted to throw parts at my car and just wanted money and NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. So, I traded my car for $300.00. Told Gresham honda's service manager that my car is a great car but just needed someone to find a short going to the Pcm. I had no more money so had to get a car. Guess what? Gresham Honda fixed my car and it was running. I said! WHAT!!! How could that be? I had it at the experts at NWJEEP.. How could that be? Besides losing a sale of a new car. They loss a customer. I am now driving a new Honda from Gresham Honda. They made me a happy customer and also because it was a sensor that fixed my old car. It was fixed in 30 mins. Thanks NWJEEP I will never be on your lot again Robert E. More

customer service? Absolutely the worst customer service on all levels of the service department. Go down the street to Hyundia Beaverton to train your staff. It took Absolutely the worst customer service on all levels of the service department. Go down the street to Hyundia Beaverton to train your staff. It took three different attempts to get the Jeep into the service department. Just try to get the parts department to even give you the time of day. Never felt so uncomfortable as the only one working out of 5 standing around would even assist us only after searching them out. Horrible... Horrible. Never again. More

On Xmas eve a clip holding the upper radiator hose let it move back enough that a pulley wore a small hole in the hose creating a small leak. Luckily I was 2 blocks from the dealership and just drove their hoping to get a new hose. Parts and service were already close as it was Xmas eve but a salesman came out and offered advice and I decided to just leave it for repair first thing on the 26th vs a flatbed and towing it to my house where I would repair it as it is a simple fix once I would be able to get a hose. The only thing that could have gone better in dealing with NW Jeep would be I expected I would get a call letting me know what was going on the 26th. Instead I had to call midday to get an update and call back again a couple hours later to find out when it would be done. In their defense they were really busy and probably short handed on a holiday weekend. As for the repair it turns out the technician saw the clip failure and saw the new hose clip wasn't much better and made the appropriate modifications to ensure the clip didn't let go again. I never thought the hose would be covered, but since the clip failed it was all covered under warranty plus a recall was completed as well. Very pleased with the work and additional effort to make it right and looking for recalls and completing those. I have only had the Jeep about 2 months and got it from Dick Hannah who assured me all the recalls were complete, guess Dick Hannah lied as this wasn't a new recall. Just to put my opinion out there, I hated every aspect of dealing with Dick Hannah but they had the exact vehicle I wanted, right down to making me by a second key which they failed to collect from the previous owner if I wanted one ($200). After dealing with Dick Hannah it was a refreshing experience dealing with NW Jeep. Thanks More
