WORST experience ever...multiple times WORST dealership ever! I've had awful experiences with both the sales and service departments. When we first started shopping for our Jeep we stoppe WORST dealership ever! I've had awful experiences with both the sales and service departments. When we first started shopping for our Jeep we stopped here to take a look at some 3 year old Grand Cherokees. We parked and started looking at the vehicles. There were lots of salesmen walking around but not one stopped to see if we needed help. After about 10 minutes we went inside to the show room to ask if someone could help us because we were interested in a car. Nobody volunteered at first and then finally one guy reluctantly agreed to help us. We told him exactly what car we wanted to look at. He came out and didn't bring the key or really offer much in regards to the car. We finally had to ask if he could get the key so we could pull the car out and look at it closer. Again reluctantly he went and got the key and pulled it out a few feet so we could open the doors. He never once suggested a test drive or really answer any of our questions. We asked what the price on the vehicle was. He said he didn't know and that we should look online later when we got home...SERIOUSLY??? He also said that the price was probably really high and that it would almost be the same cost as buying a brand new one and that we shouldn't bother with a used one. He treated us like we couldn't afford to buy the car and therefore weren't worth his time in his mind. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life. We did look up the price when we got home and were surprised to see how cheap it was compared to what the salesman led us to believe. Needless to say we did not return to purchase our Grand Cherokee Overland and we took our business somewhere else. Unfortunately our experience with this dealership did not end there. Since this is the closest Jeep dealership we have been forced to take our car here for any warranty services. I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is with them. On several occasions I've taken my car in for its appointment at which time they inform me that they don't have time to look at it until the next day or two. WHY did I make an appointment??? Then after they finally get to my car they do not call to let you know the status of it. The last time I called to try to find out when my car would be done and couldn't get a service rep to call me back. My husband finally had to stop in person to get an answer. They told him the rep had just been at lunch and was about to call me. How long do these guys get for lunch? The last straw was a few weeks ago. Our dash in our Overland had completely de-laminated and is falling apart and wrinkled. NW Jeep has never even mentioned this when I have had the car in and it is blatantly obvious that something is wrong. I've been in contact with corporate about this issue and they have agreed to fix the dash which is awesome. Except the fact that I have to take the car into a dealership. The guy from corporate tried get a hold of Dennis, who is supposedly the Service Manager, because they have to get the work set up with the dealership. Well...it was over a week and Dennis would not call corporate back so that my car could be fixed after several calls and voice mails to him. The corporate rep kept trying to get in contact and couldnt get anyone to call him back. How is it that I am got 100% better service from corporate than from my local Jeep dealership? We finally tried calling them ourselves to urge them to call corporate back so that we can get the car fixed. Shocking...Dennis is not available. We could not get a call back and nobody else knew what was going on. AGAIN we had to go down there in person to get a response and then we were told they haven't received any calls from and don't know what we are talking about. Our contact at corporate NEVER got a call back. We took the car to Findlay Jeep and within a week had the car fixed with an entirely new dash. NW Jeep couldn't even call back in a week let alone fix anything. Don't waste your time here, Findlay is a further drive but I guarantee it will save you time and heartache. More

After spending 1 1/2 hrs. of looking the car over and test driving it we wanted to know what they'ld give us for our trade. We had done our research on our rig and knew what it was worth. He through out $6000 less than what the next dealership had offered us. So yes, we walked out insulted and in disbelief. They're a joke and will take you for your money!! Do your research!!!! More

I purchased this car to have my wife and children be in a good safe car that had no problems. This is now the 6th time they have "fixed"my brand new car. It has had multiple trans problems that they cannot fix, a check engine light that keeps coming on, a new brake system, and now a new thermostat, that is now leaking after their qualified mechanics installation, is now leaking coolant from a cheap hose clamp that is not supposed to be there anyway. This car has high pressure fitted lines NOT hose clamps so they cut corners on my car that is under warranty. They now tell me to drive it untill friday at the earliest untill they can fit me in, with a coolant leak. This has been the most terrible experience. This is our first brand new car and we have been lied to and my brand new car is still not fixed they keep giving me the run around. I have called and left messages and asked for a manager to call nack to no avail. Thanks nw jeep. Customer service and safety is apperantly not a concern or something you care about. More

For this reason, when we come across someone who has gone above and beyond, we always make a point to speak up and acknowledge what was given to us and how we were treated. One of these moments came when we decided to buy a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Elicker at NW Jeep. I appreciate a transparent process. I have never liked the games conventional car companies play to lure in customers and try to maximize margins. With Jeff, none of the traditional xxxxxxwere used. My first interaction with Jeff was one of attentiveness and professionalism. He listened to my ever concern, focused on my absolute needs and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. From walking in to finding the vehicle I wanted for my wife, we spend a total of 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, I bombarded Jeff with questions about warranties, specifications, build quality, additional extras, and so on. Jeff had an answer for every question I asked except for just a few and rather than make up something to try to appease me, he was honest and said, “You know what Kyle, I am not sure but I promise I will find out for you instead of trying to tell you something false.” I KNEW FROM THAT STATEMENT I WASN’T GOING TO BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE. I appreciated the fact that he was going to do everything in his power to help me. When we sat down to talk about price, trade in value and negotiate on the vehicle, Jeff was fantastic. He and his sales manager gave me an excellent price for my trade in, worked the retail price of the Jeep down to a comfortable level for my wife and I and in total spend maybe another 30 minutes during this process. The longest part of the day was spent with the finance manager just signing papers to own the vehicle!!! And that’s saying something considering that process takes 30-45 minutes because you go over all the warranty information, optional extras you can purchase and the title/DMV/Buying paperwork. From walking in, to driving away with a new Jeep, it took my wife and I just 2.5 hours including the test drive time for her. This was all thanks to Jeff, his attention to detail, his exceptional ability to be transparent and professional and his deliveries on his promises. Jeff is the kind of vehicle sales professional I only want to work with because he doesn’t try to steer you in the wrong direction. He takes his years of experience, diagnoses your absolute needs/concerns and gives you options that don’t break the bank and exceed your every need. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and NW Jeep is lucky to have him on staff. I would consider Jeff a true asset to the team at NW Jeep and wanted to ensure he is recognized for his hard work and exceptional customer service. Amber and I truly appreciate everything you did for us and highly recommend you to all our friends and family…so much so that my brother-in-law came in 1 week later after hearing our experience and bout a fantastic Dodge Dart from Jeff as well. Jeff you truly have earned yourself a family following for the Clark’s and we thank you greatly for making a traditional awful experience a truly pleasurable one. More

A dealership with heart I am a widow and this is the first time I have purchased a car on my own. This dealership went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. The next time you are in the market for a car I highly recommend you give Jeff Elicker a call or better yet, go see him personally! The entire team I worked with has made me confident that my needs are being handled. Rare and comforting, to say the least! My sincere gratitude to Jeff, Ken Mc Dougall, and Doug Samson. More

I was set to buy a Wrangler from Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Had an offer, in text, from salesman to have my trade purchased for $31K. But just before we do the deal, they say they can't honor that anymore, they have to reduce by $3K. I told salesman I have their word, in text, and what was agreed to by Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge. The salesman blamed, Jeremy, the sales manager, and went on to write: “… I can’t justify what numbers I was given in any way. I personally believe that if we offered you $31,000, we should stick by that. Taking three grand away is the quickest way to ruin our credibility.” I’ll leave it there. If the employees think the offer was valid, and that Jeremy is ruining credibility at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge, I can’t top that. More

We met salesman Dave Shappell and he helped us settle on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We came back and bought it Sunday evening. At some point during the final detailing a check engine light came on but it was too late to have it checked. I stopped by today and met Dave and the used car sales manager Jim Davis and they got me into the service department and re-set the system and had me out in 30 minutes. If you are looking for a new or used car at NW Jeep please ask for Dave Shappell, he will do a great job for you. Sincerely, Tom V More
