They lie and scheme! I've purchased 2 vehicles with Nick within the past 3 years and naturally think of NW Jeep as my go to dealership. That all changed today. We went out I've purchased 2 vehicles with Nick within the past 3 years and naturally think of NW Jeep as my go to dealership. That all changed today. We went out looking for a new vehicle to add to our family and we're immediately upfront about our credit, requirements, and lack for xx. Nick was not there so we worked with John, a salesman. We asked for our credit screening to take place first so we were not looking and test driving cars outside of our given peramiters as this is what we have previously done with Nick. We were told this was completely out of the question and outside of "The Norm". So we test a drove a car. Fell in love. And guess what? It was outside our guidelines. Back to square one we now know our loan amount and can narrow down vehicles. We test drive another one and are sold- this is the one! John checked with the number guy Josh and presented us an offer from the bank that luckily was within our budget for the new payment!! We initialed the paper agreeing to the payment and high fives John out of excitement! He then left to have the car detailed and fill the tank with gas. We waited in the lobby for about 40 minutes. Finally! It's our turn to go upstairs and sign the documents! Kristina introduces herself and then starts rambling off bank offers. She then proceeds to tell us that the offer has since changed! WHAT?! How does my offer change? It's been 40 minutes! Myself and the salesman agreed and initialed to the terms presented! They had no answers other than a miscommunication. The entire team here today was a complete disappointment! I felt completely lead on and betrayed by people who I entrusted to help me during a major purchase. Hours wasted being shown cars that I could never own. Finally finding a new car, being so excited to tell friends and family, and then being completely taken off guard when terms and pricing have suddenly changed? This is literally every car buyers worst experience! Never again will I visit or refer anyone to this scheming dealership! More

By February 2016 I had the car in due to the breaks ( pretty important part of the car ) they did not fix the breaks, instead just put a band aid on the problem and off I went, April 2016 I was back again with the same issue - something is scraping the rotor, again they did a quick fix - just enough to get me gone, but clearly not enough to fix the original problem. March 2017 - same issue - Each time I have worked with Jim Davis the Used Car Manager - yesterday he told me - too bad, cars are sold as is - so I have a 2013 used car that has had a problem with the rotor 5 months after the purchase and NW Jeep will NOT ANYTHIGN TO MAKE IT RIGHT ! DO NOT BUY from them, Canyon Rd is full of dealerships, look for one that gives a dam about selling a car they know has a problem. This manager Jim Davis only cares about the bottom line - the money they make and customer they can get one over on. More

Got to the dealership, took the test drive and decided the make the purchase. I was there maybe 2 hours, it was hassle free and I was able to make a down payment that worked for me, unlike other dealers who kept telling me I needed more money down. It's the best car buying experience I've ever had and I will definitely go back when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle. More

If you like to be disrespected, yelled at, treated awfully and given a very bad service, you should go there. I am not even talking about proper customer service standards. Its like buying a car from someone on the streets who doesn't know you after selling you a $16k car! I purchased a used 2011 Grand Cherokee from there about a month ago. While I was driving home (SAME DAY I PURCHASED THE CAR) I experienced issues with the vehicle. I did take the car on a test drive, but it was around the block. Driving home (45 min) exposed all of these issues. Heating motor blower was making loud noise, the radio/ CD... stopped working and the gear wasn't shifting properly. I emailed the person who sold me the vehicle (Who happens to be a manager as well) and told him about the issues. He told me to "bring it back to them to have it checked out and get it taken care of" - I went back to their service department (Really nice people) who gave me a rental for the day while checking my car. Came back the next day with an estimate of over $1200 to fix the vehicle. The vehicle wasn't checked before selling it to me. Its very clear that it was a trade-in that went to their lot right away. Non of the vehicle's fluids were checks, the transmission needed a lot of software updates. I take the estimate to the person who sold me the vehicle, he walks me down to their service department and in front of all customers and employees he said "Buddy, you bought a used vehicle, you refused to buy the warranty. We can't do anything" In a very rude and degrading way. I was completely shocked. I did make a mistake for trusting their name. I thoughts it's a reputable dealership and they would care about their reputation, but apparently I was mistaken. When you buy a $16000 car, you would think that they at least did some sort of inspections. But clearly they are not interested in that. I emailed a long email to the used cars sales manager and store manager, non of them even bothered to call me back. That person who sold me the car calls me few hours after I send in my email, VERY RUDE, telling me that I chose to decline the warranty therefore its my fault. He also tells me that he has been in this business for many years and knows what he is doing. I have some credit issues and that person had the nerves to use that against me. He made it seem as he was doing me a favor for selling me car. Is that the new era we live in? Straight up discrimination? I doubt Oregon will allow for such thing. Very disrespectful. He made me feel I bought a vehicle of a junk yard. Of course, you would never see that side when he is selling you a $16k car and taking your $2.5k down payment. I admit to making the mistake by trusting their name. But why would he tell me to bring the car back to check the issues and fix them in the first place? I would've returned my car and canceled my purchase if I would've know that he would do that. The car is parked now, I paid $2500 down payment and my monthly payments are starting soon. All for a car that needs work and can't really use it the way I thought I would. More

We had quite a bit of negative equity in our old car so we weren't sure we would be able to finance it all into a new loan. Our sales guy told us that he could get us into a 2017 jeep Cherokee since they had a 2500 rebate. I asked him to see one and told him I wanted a back up camera and 4wd since those were very important. He pulls one up and I go for the test drive. On the test drive I am asking questions about the 4WD on the vehical and he is telling me that this Cherokee has it and we even talked about how I could take it to the mountain or in the sand and would be just fine. We even talked about the difference between the AWD on the Tucson and the 4WD on this exact jeep. We ended up buying the jeep under the impression it had 4WD like we were repedibly told. Last week I discovered the jeep we were sold did not in fact have 4WD. I called the dealership and was told the manager would give me a call. No one ever got in contact with me. This purchase was a big deal for our family and to be lied to is really disappointing. We trusted them since this is the 4th brand new car my family has bought from this dealership just this year. Having 4WD was a really big deal for our family since we plan on moving to central Oregon later this year. We want what we were told we were purchasing. Really disappointed. More

When he doesn't call back I call him he's says the bank didn't get probably because of the weekend that he'll call me Monday that was over two weeks ago not sure why this dealership has a problem with following through with their word.william Carpenter More

Who didn't install our upgraded tires correctly. We had never purchased there before or a jeep for that matter. Although this dealership was lacking in some areas Michael made up for everyone else's lack of customer service. He went above and beyond to make up for everyone else dropping the ball. He personally went out of his way. Picked up our jeep, had them fix the issue and return it himself and apologized for the error yet again. I would definitely recommend Michael as the go to salesman to make your buying expierence there less stressful..can't say enough good about him. More

Not only do you get aggressive salesmen pushing you into cars/products you do not want, they do not honor premium packages because of fine print which they don't provide. You'll never get a return call if you are trying to solve the issue either. I know I left six voicemails. They are unhelpful, unsympathetic, typical movie stereotype car dealership. More

I bought my used Chevrolet Traverse from here November 2014, decided to put the best warranty on it because we knew things would start breaking down soon. Paid all this extra money. First thing, had the car about 7 months and the engine craps out. I call NW Jeep and what do they tell me... They can't fix my car. After a headache they release my car to McLoughlin Chevrolet for my car to be fix, but let me tell you, getting the warranty to pay was difficult, if it wasn't this it was that and blah, blah, blah. First mistake, keep your money and save it for when it is worth it. Second, getting NW Jeep to release my car was a crazy headache. Now here I am, less than a year later and my AC goes out. I call NW Jeep give them the problem that I have a leak in my AC line, speak with financial who looks up my policy, tells me everything is covered under my great extended warranty policy. He then transfers me to the service department. I make an appointment to drop my car off. I go to bring my car in, first I walk through the service door and there are eight service people standing around. Does anyone jump to help... You would think I had the plague. Finally, someone offers to help. He points me to a gentleman named Mike. I proceed to tell Mike the problem and once he realizes that I have a Chevrolet, he can't get rid of me fast enough. He then proceeds to tell me that he can't fix my car and I would have to make an appointment at a Chevrolet dealership to get my car fix. At this point I am royally pissed because I just drove all the way from Oregon City to Beaverton to have my car fixed. Plus, I was sitting in horrible traffic just to get my car to them. Also, there is a Chevrolet dealership 5 minutes from my house. Mike proceeds to give me the phone number to McLoughlin Chevrolet, which I already had because of my first experience with my car. He says call them and they will release the car. All I am thinking is crap, here I go again... I get my car into McLoughlin Chevrolet, which by the way has been awesome. They proceed to diagnose my car, call me, and tell me that my car is not covered by the warranty. Are you kidding me??? The whole reason I brought my car in was because NW Jeep said it would be covered. Plus, I have power steering lines that have been involved in the problem that need to be fixed too. So, not only do I feel bent over by my warranty that I purchased through NW Jeep, but I have purchased a lemon from NW Jeep that has been in the shop more than I have driven it. I went three months last year trying to fix the engine issue with my car before I was able to get it back. Now this. Then I call NW Jeep to try and figure it out and the guy tells me that we bought the best policy and the financial guy I spoke to was incorrect and also they could have looked at my car when I was there and doesn't know why I got sent away. What in the world people? Now I am stuck with a lemon, the financial person won't call me back, I have a car that I have driven for less than two years that is a piece of crap, and NW Jeep can't even apologize for their mistake. Will I buy a car from them again... No! All about pushing cars out the doors even if they are lemons. I have driven my car from one place to the next without their thought of my time, gas, and other peoples time or gas that have helped me. Is it too much to ask to have someone call me back, I just want my car fixed... They don't fix cars they sell, they just move them. More

They indicated it may not be completed by the end of the day, and it wasn't. Called the next day at noon for an update, no one in the service department would answer or return my calls. Must have called 10 times. Finally get a call back near the end of the day, they had not ever started it yet. Told them I was coming in to pick it up and have it ready. Waited over 30 minutes for them to process the paper work, which stated they did nothing, and get my vehicle. NO STARS! More
