Excuses from waiting for the GM, busy weekend, manager was out of the office, manager has been busy, sales person is out of the office, apparently this place shuts down for a week at a time so whose making all the trade decisions for other customers? Finally receive my offer and it's as low as my 3 year residual on my lease (car is only a year old!) also $12k below my offer from another dealer what a slap in the face after 6 days. This place was extremely worthless and would never recommend them. More

I told myself never to go here...I shouldve listend I've been turned away from here before because of their sales team and their lack there of knowledge and personality. Reneged on Deal Searched for certain vehicle and Beaverton had one. My local dealer agreed to dealer trade their car for the one in Beaverton. I purchased the car a Searched for certain vehicle and Beaverton had one. My local dealer agreed to dealer trade their car for the one in Beaverton. I purchased the car at my local dealer, paid for it and everything. The following day my dealer took their car to Beaverton to complete the agreed trade and found out that Beaverton sold "my" car to somebody else after they agreed to the trade and after I had purchased it. Beware of this dealership! My dealer had to scramble to get me a similar car to fulfill their contract with me. All of this hassle because Beaverton would not keep their word. I will be writing to Dodge as well so that they can be aware of the lack of integrity. More

Agree, Horrible Service I'd echo many of the reviews. Horrible service experience. I needed to have the transmission of my Wrangler looked at. The first issue is that I had to book out almost three weeks. Then I scheduled it for a Thursday so I could get it back by the weekend. Thursday end of day they let me know they're backed up and won't get to it. Friday at 5p they let me know they still didn't get to it. And transmission technician won't be back until Tuesday. "Unfortunately we are loaded with transmission issues that were here before your vehicle and I have to have a transmission technician diagnose your vehicle". There was plenty of time to let me know in advance of the appointment that they were backed up. More

Better than expected This is the first car we have bought from a dealership, our experience was better than expected. We think we got a good deal on the car we have been l This is the first car we have bought from a dealership, our experience was better than expected. We think we got a good deal on the car we have been looking for. Our salesman James helped us to get a 2009 highlander that a lot of people were interested in so we really appreciated his help. The dealership raised the price a few days after it was first listed but then even though there was a lot of people interested they did not raise the price again or try to make us outbid each other-- thank you for keeping the price where it was set at after initial inspection! We are a small family on a budget so we are glad James was able to work with us and our credit union so we could afford this car. Josh also really impressed me with his curtousy. We came from Bend OR with our two kids to look at this car and Josh made us feel comfortable and welcome. I know kids can be loud and make a mess but it helped me so much to not feel like a burden. What I did not like about our experience was that after we had already signed to buy the car, it felt like the salesman was still trying to convince us how great a car it was when we asked questions about it. I know the car we bought isn't perfect so I honestly just wanted to know what small problems to expect. Just after we drove off the lot my husband noticed an unsealed chip in the windshield in plain view of the driver-- it would've been nice to know that we need to have that sealed before we drive off. Also we left with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... if the dealership spends time inspecting and filling the vehicle's fluids I personally think that the tank should be full as a courtesy. It would have made me feel more cared for as a person, rather than like another sale. But overall, so far, we are grateful to have this car and are happy with our experience at Northwest. More
