Jose took extra time to sort through my service agreement which we found out ha I had a regular oil change appointment with my service advisor Jose C. Jose took extra time to sort through my service agreement which we found out had expired 3 days earlier. He took the time to call Dodge and get them to allow a grace period for the contract. Relaxed no pressure dealership My wife and I were looking at leasing options and trading in our existing vehicle. Typically my wife and I don’t enjoy dealerships and salesmen due to My wife and I were looking at leasing options and trading in our existing vehicle. Typically my wife and I don’t enjoy dealerships and salesmen due to the pressure of having to walk out with a new car, this place is different. We were greated by Phil Habibi as soon as we walked in the door with a warm welcome and smile. From the get go Phil was courteous, and easy to work with. My wife and I were looking for an SUV, we test drove a Grand Cherokee but couldn’t quite get it in our budget so we test drove a Cherokee and the price, with trade in value was still a little high. Both Phil and the desk manager strongly urged us to not rush into anything if the price point wasn’t where we wanted. Phil talked back and forth with his desk manager and eventually we were able to get the Cherokee in our price point and ended up getting $2,000 more for our trade in than they originally offered. We really felt like Phil worked for us and made sure we were taken care of. When Phil proposed the final numbers to us, he let my wife and I talk it over to make sure we were happy with the final numbers. We made a deal on a 3 year lease and won’t be shopping at any other dealership or salesman when this lease is up. Phil is awesome! More
