Very disappointed with the way the customers are treated and service is provided. I have been going to a Toyota dealership for the last 8 years and this is by far the worst experience I have had. My car was not washed properly, they made fun of my T-Shirt color and more than that, the oil change mentioned on the TV screen was 24.99 , but i was charged 32.99 and when I inquired about it they just shot me down rudely.Will never visit this place again. They billed me 895$ and when I asked them for a discount the guy Mathew acted as if I was a crime to ask for a discount. In the past , the dealership have given me a courtesy discount for doing all the work recommended by them, which I did at North town Toyota too. A discount is a human feel good factor..which every one feels good about. I'm sure giving me 30-40$ discount would not have mattered. He told me that I will get him kicked out of job if I ask him for discount...how rude is that.They need to be trained more in managing customers. The car had finger print all over it and being a white color car it was bad. He did not even offer to have it cleaned when I told hi,m about the same. The driver side car door handle had oil marks and i had to show them that and have it removed. This goes to show that there is no per-delivery check or verification. Anyways, I learnt one thing, not all Toyota dealerships are up to the mark and we need to pick before we leave our vehicles. Also they made me wait an hour more, than what was promised. More

Donnie Dipalma was absolutly terrific. He was courteous and most attentive. I never felt rushed by him.
