Great sales floor awful service department I've bought my last 3 Toyotas from north town I think the sales department is awesome! However I have never had a good experience taking my car in for I've bought my last 3 Toyotas from north town I think the sales department is awesome! However I have never had a good experience taking my car in for service. It takes a half hour to make an appointment because my names spelled wrong, they have my car under the wrong name, and no phone number listed. They have "fixed" this problem everytime I take it in yet every time I call same issue. Not to mention I dropped my car off at 8am today for a SCHEDULED appointment and it is now 6 pm and they haven't even looked at it yet. Great job on the shuttle service unfortunately like most people I'm not sitting at work for 14 hrs waiting for my car to be fixed. Thank you north town I will be taking my future business elsewhere. More
