We worked with Paul B regarding looking at SUV's including Subaru and Mazda. Paul was very knowledgeable and great to work with, he went out of his way to answer questions and provide vehicle option including Subaru and Mazda. One snag is that we agreed on terms but because we bought a Mazda, we were told they would not go as low as was indicated because it was done through Subaru (all Northtown as far as we were concerned). Terrible service department. .. Went there to fix my heat after only 17k miles on my new car and my car was giving back to me with nothing fixed... Brought the car back and got a .. Brought the car back and got a loaner and they had to keep my car for 6 days to fix the issue. When I FINALLY got my car back there were a bunch of scratches on my front bumper and they didnt put the panelling on the inside of my car back all the way!! Not to mention the trash they left in my car... So unprofessional. I talked to the manager about the scratches and he said he will check the cameras and get back to me.. wft dude... I STILL have yet to hear back from them. Thanks for making my car worse than it was when I brought it there.. More
