From top to bottom and they got me into what I needed and wanted for what I could afford. Other dealers couldn’t be bothered. 5 Star team of folks there. Happy to recommend and buy again they all need a bonus or a raise from Northtown because they made it happen, and were more than pleasant throughout the entire transaction. If anyone was difficult, it was me. They took the time though to ensure I was a happy customer and that is not something that is still alive and well in the business world today. Thanks! More

I had a wonderful experience with Yusuf Fishir, the salesman. He was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, respectful, he was able to connect on a human level. I highly recommend him if you’re car shopping. The finance guy was also friendly and helpful. The team did their very best to get us the best deal and we couldn’t be more pleased. After doing my homework I realized it wasn't worth "the absolute lowest they could possibly go".. I returned September 3rd to get my deposit back. After filling out a form I was told, "you should receive your deposit by September 13th, if you don't give us a call." I called on September 16th and left multiple messages to the finance department, which is where I was sent each time, and no one returned my calls. I later texted my sales representative and he told me it takes a little longer than that to get a deposit back. I walked in on August 30th with cash and it's almost a month later and I don't have my money back from a "local" company. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be heading to small claims court on Monday. Best believe I'm telling EVERYONE I know not to go to this horrible dealership. More
Horrible experience My Sorento has been in NT Kia's possession for 11 days, it was brought into the dealership because the panoramic sunroof exploded while driving. This My Sorento has been in NT Kia's possession for 11 days, it was brought into the dealership because the panoramic sunroof exploded while driving. This was surprising to say the least and we feel fortunate that no one was injured, including my three young children who were in the car at the time. After doing some research I discovered that this is known issue with Kia panoramic sunroofs especially the Sorento. As disturbing as this incident was this is only the beginning of what has been a horrible experience. I have an extended warranty and expected that this would be covered, unfortunately it was not. Kia does not recognize the exploding panoramic sunroof as a manufacturing defect, other companies have voluntarily recalled their vehicles for this same issue (Kia refuses to take responsibility). It took 5 days for me to get an answer on whether this would be covered under warranty, I only found out after several attempts to reach a manager, no attempts were made by NT Kia to contact me. Upon finding out that it would not be covered by Kia, I filed an insurance claim that same day, at which point I expected the to repairs to made. This was last Thursday I gave them the weekend and on Monday after not hearing from Kia I called them, only to find out that work on my vehicle had not even started because they were waiting for a work order from my insurance company (which arrived at NT Kia on the previous Thursday and was not forwarded by NT to their collision shop). I was then ensured that NT was on it and it would be expedited. I then received a call yesterday from the sub-contracted glass installer to inform me that he would not be responsible for any damage to the vehicle in the future as a result of his replacing the sunroof, again I was dumbfounded. So here I am 11 days later, still with out my vehicle, hoping to have my car fixed soon and also hoping that it will be fixed the right way. Throughout this experience I was only contacted by NT twice and those contacts were made after 10 days and countless efforts on my part to resolve the issue. This whole experience has really soured my previously positive experiences with NT and Kia to the point I am considering getting rid of my vehicle. More

They treat people like hot garbage once they take your money and if they have an issue with you, you get passed to another sales associate to deal with. Sold me a Lemon Car on 7/26 and they will not take responsibility for themselves to make the customer happy. They just wont to put that person on the back burner and deal with the situation whenever they want. 0 out of a 0! i have a 150 wedding guests coming to my house and you BEAT! what im going to tell all of them. Absolutely Disgusted! More
