I'll start by saying that Lance Jeter "is" excellence of service... personified. I actually went online and did all of my "homework" the day before I arrived at the dealership (just to make sure they di service... personified. I actually went online and did all of my "homework" the day before I arrived at the dealership (just to make sure they did not try to get over on me) and I even carried my script (notes) with me... to basically, be prepared to fight with them to get the best deal ...and to keep from getting bamboozled with a lot of slick talking they may have thrown at me. Well....from the time my wife and I walked on the lot we were surprised that we were not bum-rushed by anyone, nor stalked, neither were we followed around like we were prey out on the Serengeti - but we were allowed to go and look at the cars at our own pace and convenience. This was a whole different car-buying experience than what I was expecting - real talk. Lance was highly professional, considerate and very eager to make sure we got the car we wanted and at the very price we were looking to purchase it at. I felt like a valued customer and not just another quota he was trying to reach - please keep this man on payroll... seriously. He played a major part in us moving forward and buying our new car from their dealership. To Lance I want to say - I wish you well, in all that you do. More
Sales dept eager to respond, poor at taking time to verify if vehicle is really available. Asked about pre owned vehicle told it was available, almost at dealer driving over, and told it had a deposit, verify if vehicle is really available. Asked about pre owned vehicle told it was available, almost at dealer driving over, and told it had a deposit, not available. Regardless of me being a buyer on the way to make a purchase. Wasted a few hours of my time but at least made sure I won’t consider them in the future and be sure to share my opinion with others. Next time have your sales people do their homework. 22 years in the business this was amateur work at best. More
Since October 2024 when my Toyota Carolla was hit and totaled by an Uber Driver, I didn't know how I was going to get to work, Church, etc. This Volvo Dealership came through for me with flying colors. Have gotten my Volvo serviced here on a few occasions. Dealership seems to be under new ownership now and not impressed with the direction it's going overall. They've added a new 3% surcharge for cred Dealership seems to be under new ownership now and not impressed with the direction it's going overall. They've added a new 3% surcharge for credit cards, which just feels 'cheap' for a premium brand. It was disclosed before I swiped my credit card, but not before I made my appointment, discussed repair options & pricing, etc. Too late to matter. The service (new tires this time) was estimated to take < 2 hours and I was there for over 3. No other issues or fixes and I had an appointment, so going over by 50% of my time is pretty unacceptable. The waiting area for service is small with a few drinks but no snacks. I'd expect that from a more economy brand like Honda or Toyota, but premium brands should offer much more upscale waiting areas and an assortment of basic snacks. I really don't think it's hard. I could have saved $200 to $300 for similar tires from a tire shop (i.e. not cheap knock-off brands), and next time that's what I'll do. I don't mind paying the premium price of a dealer service center for an actual premium service, but that isn't what this dealership seems to be offering. That said, I was able to get a price upfront for the tires and they had a few options available, and I do think the techs at this location do a good job. I'll still bring my car here for Volvo specific service, but will likely go elsewhere for generic things as I'm not convinced the premium price is worth it. More
