Excellent Customer Service Michael Cisneros is a great advisor! He hustled at the last minute for me to get me the sale for my tires that was ending that day. Went in few days l Michael Cisneros is a great advisor! He hustled at the last minute for me to get me the sale for my tires that was ending that day. Went in few days later for routine maintenance and have the tires put on and when I arrived he immediately mentioned about the tires. I also was having trouble with my battery and knew it would need replaced. At the end he said he checked when the the last time I had it replaced and found out it was previously replaced only 2 yrs ago. So I was able to get the new one prorated at 50%. Something I never even thought about but he did. I waited at the dealership for everything to be done which I always do and knew it would take a while which he did mention that it would. Waited almost 4 hrs. My only complaint would be that I never received any status update on how much longer I would have to wait the entire 4 hrs. An update during that time would have been appreciated just to make sure things are moving along as they should. But overall I am pleased with the service Michael provides at North Park Toyota. More

Best Service Dept I needed my truck serviced and didn't have an appointment but they got me right in. They let me know I still had a service contract that I thought had I needed my truck serviced and didn't have an appointment but they got me right in.
