My mother in law went in for a oil change on her 2018 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 had dropped some extras she was told that the new 2021 had more Technology and was more equipped. After getting home I showed her that she no longer had this and that . After speaking to the sales man and then to his supervisor Mr Diez he assured me he will check into it , the next day I got a call telling me that Tania Eubanks had approved the upgrading on what my mother in law lost on the new suv . I took my car to get my tires fixed because they were losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating. There did not honor the lifetime oil changes. They decided after 2 years not to honor that agreement anymore and we're rude about it as well. Eloy was worst advisor. Needed an airbag replaced due to recall. Called and gave them the recall info. Said it would take a week to get part and about two hours to replace. Scheduled the repairs so we wouldn't be without th gave them the recall info. Said it would take a week to get part and about two hours to replace. Scheduled the repairs so we wouldn't be without the car for long. Take car in and it wasn't gong to be two hours.. Maybe get car back next day. Good thing I followed my daughter there or she would have been stranded. We live an hour away. Why bother scheduling? More

Bad experience with buying parts here. Bought a new windshield. Arrived with damage on bottom corner which I did not catch until I reached my glass installer. Was basically told to go pound sand when I reported the parts damage over the phone to them. If you buy glass from them, make sure you have time to open the box, remove the glass, remove the plastic and go through every inch of the edge of the windshield. Box was obviously opened before I even took possession of it too. More

I started requesting him because every time i got there at 7:00 A.M. he was always there and took care of me even though he was not my technician. He could have ignored me but instead went out of his way to expedite my vehicle. His disposition was not only friendly but respectful. Being old school i truly appreciate this characteristic. He amazes me because even over the phone he remembers who I am! Who does that? Thank you Fred for all you do sir. More
